They changed the oil in my 32' RV while I was in the area. Quick, friendly and thorough. Thank you.

I've never taken time out of my day, to write a negative review on a company before today. It's…read morehard for me to put into words how dispicable this company is. I called them for a quote to cut a small produce vent in the back of one of my trucks dry van trailers. They quoted me $270 which was a very high rate to pay to cut a square hole in a trailer. But they said they would meet up with my driver in Valdosta so i ageeed to do it. Prior to hanging up the phone I asked them again, $270 all-in right? They said yes. This entire conversation is recorded btw. The driver and the service tech met at a truck stop in Valdosta. the tech cut completed the job in about 20 minutes. I got The driver a comcheck for $270. He went to pay the service tech and the guy told him the rate is $715!! I called The company up and asked them what was going on and without justification they said " the rate is $715. I don't know who told you $270. I explaIned that i have a recorded telephone call with quoting me the rate. Then they immediately threatened to call a tow truck and place a lean on the trailer. After overhearing the service tech yell racial slurs at my driver and the companies threaten to tow my truck I decided to have the driver call the police. Two female Valdosta police officers showed up. They said it was a civil matter but if the driver left without paying the $715 that this service company we "owed" them the driver would be thrown in jail. My driver was extremely patient and calm despite the officers taking an agressive stance towards him and confining him to the truck cab while laughing and shaking hands with the service tech. I spoke with the Officer and told her there is no way we are paying that amount and that is not what the law states. I told Her i have the conversation with the verbal agreement of $270 recorded! She did not care. She also had no idea what the law was but kept saying she would arrest my driver if he didn't pay the rate the service tech said we owed them. Complete ignorance. She ended up coming back and saying the service tech agree to lower the rate to $475. I told her I respect all Law enforcement but you don't deserve a badge. You're literally helping negotiate and highway robbery. I ended Up paying the $475, almost double what I was quoted, out of fear that my driver would be arrest or have his truck towed. I have This entire dialogue on a recorded line and will be pursuing legal action on this company and will be filing a complaint with the Valdosta police department. STAY AWAY!!

Additionally, Goodyear's warranty verbiage explicitly states you must rotate the tires at recommended intervals, which is every 3-6k miles. I asked the service advisor why and she stated that they are wearing evenly and did not need to be rotated. So, the actual first tire rotation will be somewhere around 14k miles! It's just a tire rotation, but if I can't trust you to do the small things I can't trust you with the important ones. Sadly I probably won't be back to McKenzie.

It was then decided my boyfriend would apply. We were told we were approved but payments were $576. We agreed to this and were told we needed his license. At that time he didn't have it with him, as neither one of us expected him to co-sign. We were told they would call us the following morning to get it. Come to find out he was actually off. As you can imagine there was no call back. We reached out to the sales manager who stated all we needed was my start date. Once I was told that we contacted him again with this information. The manager told us his finance guy was out and they would contact us in the morning. That seemed really odd as we had already been approved. The manager dodged our calls all throughout Tuesday and Wednesday. Fed up with this we made our way from Crestview to Milton in hopes of leaving with the new car. When we arrived our first sales rep told us right away there was some issue with my start date. He mumbled something about four months and then Jan 15th. He stumbled over the "reason" we were approved. In fact, there was no definite reason. It went from here's your payment amount to some other nonsense. We both have income which proof was provided. That is what banks look for and we both gave that. Needless to say, I have wasted three days and my credit score with McKenzie Buick GMC. I am disappointed in how we were treated. All I need is a better vehicle which I wanted to purchase through McKenzie's. Now I am having to go find another dealership. After my credit was run numerous times you can imagine just how much harder this will be. I surely hope you guys treat others better!

Here's a tightened, scathing version you can post: (I would give zero stars if possible.) I experienced a textbook bait-and-switch during my purchase, and I brought a friend specifically to witness the signing because something felt off. In the finance office, I was explicitly told that an extended warranty was required for my lender to approve the loan. It was framed as a benefit--"only about $20/month"--without proper disclosure that this was on a 10-year loan. On a $14,700 camper with a $5,000 down payment, I should have financed well under $10,000. Instead, I was sold nearly $5,800 in warranties, separate from GAP coverage (which I actually wanted). That alone should have been a red flag. After taking delivery, I never received a bill from the lender. I had to call Camping World myself--on the day I was leaving for a trip--to find out the original loan had "fallen through." I was pressured to immediately sign new financing documents via email, with the clear implication that failure to do so could require returning the camper. Under extreme time pressure and trusting the dealership to act in good faith, I signed. Only later did I discover additional warranties totaling $2,100 had been added without my consent, which were not present on the original paperwork I signed in person. When I challenged this, I was suddenly told that warranties were "optional," contradicting what I was originally told--and again, I had a witness. I requested refunds for all warranties except GAP. Since September, I have spent four months chasing partial refunds, receiving inconsistent answers, unexplained prorating of warranties I never used, and no clear accounting of what I am still owed. There is absolutely no reasonable justification for a process like this to take months instead of weeks. Communication has been poor, responsibility has been deflected, and resolution has been repeatedly delayed. This purchase was a major personal milestone for me, following serious health challenges and major surgeries. Instead of being treated with basic honesty and professionalism, I was treated like a commission opportunity. Once you drive off the lot, you quickly learn how low you fall on their priority list. I have used the camper only once since purchasing it because the experience left such a sour impression. Please shop elsewhere. If you do choose to work with Camping World, scrutinize every document, never feel rushed, and never assume verbal assurances will be honored. My experience shows exactly what happens when they aren't.
