Recently bought a new RV at the Defuniak Springs location. Heather Senn was our salesperson…read more Heather was absolutely amazing. She is the best RV salesperson I have ever worked with. She knows so much about the RV industry and represents it with honest professionalism. If she doesn't know an answer to your question, she has resources to get the answers. This dealership is fortunate to have her.

My wife and I purchased a used 2017 RV with 12,000 miles on August 1, 2025. Before buying, we were…read moretold the RV had gone through an "extensive inspection," and we were charged for that inspection as part of the sale. The unit was sold as‑is, but we were assured it was safe and road‑ready. After only two short trips, we discovered a major safety hazard involving the slide‑out. The bottom of the slide showed rust, grooves, and soft spots. Inside, we found that someone had placed an end table over the damaged area and bolted it to the floor with L‑brackets, preventing anyone from seeing the soft spot. The couch had also been altered -- the legs were removed and the couch was mounted to a wall bracket -- again hiding the rotted floor underneath. When we removed the brackets, my wife nearly fell through the floor. This was not minor wear and tear -- this was a structural failure that posed a real risk of injury. This type of rot does not happen overnight. It should have been caught during any legitimate inspection, especially one we paid for. At minimum, it should not have been concealed behind furniture modifications. When I brought this to the dealership, the first response was simply "as‑is, no warranty," with no concern for the fact that someone could have been seriously hurt. The service contract I purchased also did not cover it. One service employee did send photos to management, but despite multiple calls and three in‑person visits, the GM never returned a single call. The lack of accountability and the complete disregard for a clear safety issue is unacceptable. I'm a local customer, and I expected honesty and basic concern for customer safety. Instead, once the sale was made, the dealership showed no interest in addressing a dangerous condition that should have been identified long before this RV was put on the lot. Buyers deserve transparency and a dealership that takes safety seriously. Based on my experience, that is not what I received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company makes its money on the initial service call fee and one hour…read moreof "service" to assess the issue. He is making his money $225 at a time, it's a great business mofel to show up, charge $225, them never resolve the issue. He told us they would be out same day, never heard from the owner, called back and he committed to coming the next day. he showed up late and spent the one hour he charged us for his hourly rate, talking to another customer on the phone then told us we needed to replace the entire compartment door. We never heard from him again, tried to call with no answer, I left a message basically begging him to respond as we needed this repaired before we left to go home. The owner then texted back to say he would call shortly. That was 3 days ago and we still have not heard from him. We called TNT mobile repair instead and they are fabulous! Very responsive and it turns out we only needed a new hinge, not a $500 door and it was fixed next day. If you are in the 30A area DO NOT call DNA mobile repair, reach out to TNT Mobile RV repair (850-687-9805) instead they are great!

Our experience with DNA Mobile RV Repair (Dalton Booth) has been unacceptable from start to finish…read more We contacted Dalton on August 4, 2025 after storm damage to our RV. He quickly provided an estimate and assured us he would handle the insurance process and complete all repairs, including awning arms, fabric, body damage, and a roof issue that later became a full roof replacement per insurance requirements. A check was issued directly to him on October 2, 2025, and we delivered our camper to his shop on October 13. What followed was over four months of excuses, broken promises, and dishonesty. We were repeatedly told: * Parts were delayed * Other campers were ahead of ours * Weather caused delays * He was sick * Technicians called out * Motors were faulty * Fabric was measured incorrectly * Parts were "out for delivery" * He would be there "next week" We were given multiple completion dates that were never honored. When we finally brought the camper home in December, we discovered: * The roof had NOT been replaced as implied -- it had simply been rolled with sealant. * The original damaged awning arms from August were still attached. * The camper had not been resealed as previously claimed. * Our 50-amp power cord was missing. When confronted in person, Dalton admitted he had lied to us multiple times "to buy time." Even after that admission, the delays continued. No-shows. More incorrect parts. More promises. More excuses. In late February 2026, Dalton also tried to buy us out, knowing the issues we were having, by offering us a weekend stay at Splash RV. As of March 2, 2026 -- almost 5 months after he received payment -- our camper is still not fully repaired and we have no firm completion date. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. Taking payment, failing to complete contracted work, and repeatedly lying to customers is unacceptable. We strongly caution anyone considering this business.
