We'd already charged it once while the crew was at our property. Before the crew was done, we noticed that a window on our RV was shattered, apparently due to a rock that was thrown during trimming. Accidents happen and the owner sent an email saying they would pay for the window. The owner apparently changed his mind and wanted the claim to go through his insurance. Ok. Two weeks later we are still waiting for an insurance approval or denial and a late charge was added to the bill for the mowing.

The crews have consistently arrived on time, greeted us warmly, worked quickly and steadily, and each time they have headed out, they left us feeling both relieved that we didn't have to do the work ourselves anymore and pleased that the yard looked better than when we did it. So sick of these guys…read more... I have been using A Sanchez for years to do yard work around our home. The guys work hard and for a simple yard clean up they do a good job. That said, they ALWAYS try and cheat you when it comes to the time spent and number of people working. I first noticed this 5 or 6 years ago when they said they had 3 guys working 4 hours on our yard. It was two guys and closer to 3 hours. Since then I have a made a point to watch them when I can and every single time they add on time or people. This has to be a taught behavior as these are usually new guys every year. Shame on you for teaching your workers to try and rip people off! Crap company with a horrible culture.

It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!
