My husband found this service, was able to easily schedule a pick up and Julie was right outside the exit from the terminal with a very visible sign that was easy to locate. Let's take a trip back to fall 2016, shall we, to a time when I was more ignorant to this company's tyrannical grasp on the mid missouri bussing industry. Imagine this...me and a coupla buddies, 150 to be exact, are taking a trip down to Nashville for the weekend looking for a good time. First step: contract a bus company to get us down there. After weighing our options we ultimately and unfortunately land on White Knight. Second step: buy a pair of ostrich leather cow boy boots at three easy payments of $399. Third step: hydrate. Fast forward to the day of and yeah...you guessed it they CANCEL!!!! THE. DAY. OF. While this is the first time I've ever contracted a bus company I think "well maybe this is normal for bus company's" so I get over it. Side note...we got to Nash don't worry...yes we got to see BuckCherry live...it was the tits. Fast forward to fall 2019...same bus trip...same buddies. I recontract with these mongoloids because...like I said...tyrannical grip.no other options. However, this time they actually show up. Except this time I wished they hadn't. The bus driver was nothing but rude to all of my buddies, he was a total vibe killer and was in DIRE need of a vibe check. Pardon my French but this guy was a fr*ckin JERK!!!! Allowed no drinks on the bus for an 8 hour bus ride. He was blasting the heat the whole time when we had asked multiple times to change it! Absolutely so rude and I will NOT be riding with them ever again!!! I have lots of followers on Instagram (@luvs_2_judge_82) and I will be sharing this experience with them!! This company essentially has a monopoly on the service around here and feels that they can do…read morewhatever they want because of that. A large group of us had 3 busses rented out for a trip, contract and reservation had been verified for weeks in advance. Two days ahead of time they cancelled on us leaving us with no other way to make the trip and not leaving us enough time to find a replacement. Not the first time it's happened, absolutely go elsewhere (St. Louis companies) if you need a reliable source of transportation.
