I needed to get to work, and it was a holiday so there was no bus service. I called the night before to set a pick-up time. I talked to Jamal, he told me he had a pick-up just before that on the other side of town, so he couldn't pick me up at the time I requested. He then asked what time I had to be at work, I told him and he said that he should be able to get me there by then and that he would call me when he was on his way. He called me this morning, I agreed to meet him at the entrance to the apartment complex, he was not familiar with it, so it just seemed the easiest thing to do. He was there, I got in, the van was clean and didn't smell bad. We had some small talk on the way there and we got to my work before anyone else! He was a really cool guy, very mellow and calm, friendly, it was a very pleasant ride. The fare was what I thought it would be, reasonable. He even offered to stay there with me until someone else arrived, he didn't want to just drop me off and leave me there in the dark! The next time I need a cab, I will call them again. read more

Hands down the best ride ever. The vans are very clean! Also the smell is so so nice. I asked one of the drivers what kind of scent was used in the van. However the driver wouldnt reveal the secret.
