Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but they completely eased our minds and got us safely back on the road. I stopped by on Friday to get two tires for my daughter's car. It's a Nissan Altima so tires are a standard size...nothing fancy. They were busy so I ordered two tires and informed Brandon that I would be there for open the next morning. Went back Saturday morning at 7:45, they open at 8am. Brandon was already there working. Pulled up behind car he was working on. Then when that guy left, was asked to pull into spot he was in. Staff began to show up. Other clients began to show up. The staff worked on and finished 3 other cars before completing mine. I was there for over an hour and had to complain to get them to work on my vehicle. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first. Either the staff doesn't respect management or they don't understand that priority is first come first served...or at least that is how it has been there for the last 15 years that I have gone there. read more

literally only getting a 1 star bc the guy (his shirt said "Georgie") putting them on was polite. otherwise they deserve a negative. I went there for a SET of tires. called beforehand to make sure they had the size that I needed and how much they would cost as it is cash. I was told $110 cash. I verified, for a set? yes 110. I get there and one of the guys verifies that I was told how much they would be.. I said yea he told me 110. he said okay great. they get them on and he goes. okay 400.. I'm like EXCUSE ME! he told me 110?! he goes "oh okay so 440", "but I called and asked for a SET!" he said "no thats each" so out 440 becuase at this point, the tires are already on. it would have been over $100 cheaper to get all 4 at walmart, service and all!! Came on a Saturday. Online says open until 2. Got a flat and a donut out on and needed a tire desperately. Found them online and went out of my way to drive there only to be told at 12:40 he was closed and I could come back Tuesday. This place I have gone to for years, same prices always $20 to patch 16" tire, $45 for used tire. I have never had an issue with them until I sent my girlfriend there with my car while I was at work. When she pulled up there was 2 people infront of her she waited patiently & while waiting, 3 other cars pulled up behind her that were all getting more work done then her, she was just getting a patch they continued to take customers and work on them before her for the next 1 hour 25 min, finally she said something to them and said I have to go so if you can't do me now I'm going to have to go somewhere else so he said ok and jacked her car up right away and then did nothing for another 45 more minutes. Mind you she was just going there for a patch. Then after being jacked up for 45 minutes and waiting over 2 hours in total they finally took the tire off and did the patch in less then 2 minutes. Then when it's all said and done they tried telling her this patch would be $45 and if she wanted to pay card it would be an additional $7 charge! So in total would be $52 for a patch that when I go is sometimes $15 but has never ever been more then $20. The hole time she said she felt like they were just brushing her off she felt as if she had to beg for service. An as a boyfriend I'm thinking she is probably just being impatient n super annoyed n exaggerating the time a bit bc she hates going to get car stuff done but nope when she got home and showed me her dash cam it was exactly how she explained. They literally jacked her car up so she wouldn't leave after she had already waited over n hour just to make her sit there sit n wait with the car jacked up for another 45 min before they even took the tire off. And then charged her literally double what they charged me the last time I went there n got the same thing done. So this shop went from a shop I trusted and went to all the time to a shop I no longer could recommend to anyone bc they might take advantage of you if they feel like they can. She said it felt like a sexist thing I personally think it was a money thing, I think customers that pulled up after her were getting more work done which is more money so they wanted to do them first which I can understand to an extent but what I can't understand is that you jacked her up when she mentioned leaving so she couldn't took another 45 min to do anything after that point and then charged her double of what you normally charge for a simple patch, not ok I give them 2-3 stars bc when I go there I have never had any issues with them ever n I have been there a solid 10-15 times but seeing what I saw on her dash cam was just absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable for any company to run that way. read more

Conveniently located off the black horse pike and easy to get to from anywhere, this is a legit, honest, and professional in every way. Dan, the manager, was very professional upon calling him up to confirm he had my tire size. Friendly and great, upbeat attitude. I was glad he had my tire size so I could head over and get my tire replaced. The service was done effectively, efficiently, and precisely. The associate who replaced my damaged tire was nice enough to assist me in getting the spare back on the trunk and also helped by putting other stuff back in the trunk. Very poor customer service. I called ahead of time to confirm they had the size tire I needed. After getting there I waited an hour while they had 3 people suppose to be working but taking their time. When I asked how long will it take because I have someplace to go, one of the workers was rude. Then Danny tells me he was provided the incorrect tire size even though I confirmed the tire size when I arrived. A long story short, I ended up supporting a reputable chain that provides appropriate customer service and it took them only 30 minutes to change two tires. A piece of advice to Danny and his crew: give the customers an estimated waiting time so they are not standing waiting around for an hour. read more

In my first review I mentioned how fast I was able to get my tire fixed. That was at 9 am, when they open. Here's a tip, get here when they open. Needed a truck tire fixed and a used tire put on a rim for a spare, and I came by around 11:30 am. Place was packed. Nowhere to park while waiting really. There are parking spaces next to the barber shop but there are signs marking them for barber shop only. So I squeezed my truck in between 2 cars down and across the street and waited my turn. They acknowledged me shortly after I walked up, I explained what I needed, and they told me they would take care of it. About an hour and a half later I was all fixed up and on my way. Cheap too. Not exactly the wait I was hoping for, but still better than some places. There is no indoor waiting room or anything here either. No awning or overhang or anything to keep you out of the sun, so you might have to sweat it out like I did. Still worth it. read more

I had a huge nail in my tire. I stopped at Bills to see if I could make an appointment to either plug or replace my tire. They were able to do it right then and there. They removed my tire and patched it from the inside. Did a bubble test to make sure it was fully patched then filled and balanced the tire before putting it back on. They were very quick and extremely friendly. The prices were very reasonable! Hopefully I don't need to return any time soon but I'm very happy to know that I can return there if needed and receive great service. read more

When I had a nail in my tire last year, both my brother and dad told me to go to Bill's. They said they were quick and only charge $15 to plug the hole. All went well. Today, I had another nail and my dad reminded me about Bill's. So I went and everyone was really nice, but when I went to pay he said it was $20. I asked my dad when he was there last. This place is AWFUL! I was a loyal customer until I came in one day about two weeks ago to get a used tire for my PT Cruiser. They gave me a used tire that they had to patch because it had a nail in it but they assured me it was a really good used tire. I paid them $40 and went on my way. Three days later, I was leaving for work and found the same tire I just bought was flat. I called Bills and spoke to Danny who told me to come back in and they would take a look at it. When I came back in, they looked at the tire and told me that it was another hole and that even though it "wasn't" their fault they would patch it for me. So I left with the same tire but had it patched again but this time presumably for a different hole. However, three days later, another flat when I went to leave for work in the morning. I immediately called Bills and spoke to Danny who had a nasty tone with me this time but still told me to come back and he would take a look. When I went back to Bills AGAIN, they looked at the tire and in front of all of their customers both Danny and another worker talked down to me loudly telling me that I am wrong and that I have a hole that wasnt originally their before and I must have some crazy exgirlfriend or something. I told them that I wanted to continue being a loyal customer and asked them to give me a different used tire and not the same old one they keep patching. Danny refused to help me and instead tried to up-sell me to a new tire at $80. I told him no way and to just patch the tire again. They patched it and I had the tire moved to the rear passenger of my PT Cruiser. I'm not kidding, its been three days since and the tire is now flat again as I type this. I'm fed up with Bills Tires. They embarrassed me by talking down to me loudly in front of other customers. They did not own this and they certainly did not care to keep a once loyal customer. If they wont help me, I highly doubt they would waste one second to try to help a new customer. Please stay far away from Bills Tires, there is another new/used tire place up the street Im being told its a better more friendlier place of business. BUT, I had a bubble in my tire, and I knew I was driving the next morning to go on vacation so just wanted something reliable to get me there safely until I could get home to get a new tire, I called and they said they have only ONE tire that was my size and I could come right away . When they went to put that tire on it was about 20 mins later the guy told me there was something wrong with the tire they were giving me so they were looking for a new one . . Finally they said they had another and sent me on the way , as I was driving away my car was kind of shaking and making a funny sound while I drove . I chalked it up to being a girl and dramatic & decided to let my fiancé have a look ... and he confirmed they gave me a tire with a bigger problem than the one I went there with to change out ... they close at 5 so I tried to call with no answer and no way to leave a message . I was quoted a price of $70 for a new tire since they didn't have any used ones of my size in stock. When I got there, they said they could repair the tire for $15 and save me some money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee this morning. I just showed up because I found a screw in my tire on this cold morning & losing pressure fast. Danny greeted me, addressed me by my name EVERY TIME he spoke to me, advised his crew who was next & what was going on with each vehicle waiting for either new tires or repairs. Got a flat tire plugged about a year and a half ago. Thought it went great. Quick service not too pricey. Now I'm trying to replace my tires and turns out when they put my tire back on my car, they screwed the lug nuts in crooked. No one can get the lug nuts off. They're unable to get the tire off now. Such a hassle and going to cost me extra money now. Would NOT recommend this place. read more

Bill's was great! I ran over a screw and was referred to them by my neighbor. I got to the shop first thing when they opened and they patched my tire in 20 minutes.
