Started off the meal with the devil's eggs which were on the saltier side. I didn't quite get this dish. Moved on to the mussels small plates and it was tasty, although also on the saltier side. The potato bread was decent. The highlight of the meal was the pork collar which was cooked to perfection and the meat was super tender and flavorful. The sauce was on the saltier side... The white asparagus along with the crispy sage were both tasty. Finished off the meal with a chocolate puff pastry and it was decent. Just coming in from Paris, desserts are always a treat.
