I am usually the last person to be a Karen, but I had the absolute worst experience at Billy Beez yesterday. To begin, the line was out the door and there was one person working at the front day and occasionally one other young man would pop over to staple some paperwork. I waited in line with my 6 year for over an hour. This was supposed to be our day to celebrate Mother's Day which turned into a nightmare. It was almost intentionally that these two young men were moving so slow. I hope the upper management is aware of how much money they are likely losing because a lot of people just left. The entire line of people were all just as annoyed as I was..trying to tame screaming kids while these two employees thought stapling papers and writing notes down are more important than moving the line along. ANYWAYS- when I finally got up to pay he told me my waiver wasn't filled out. I was annoyed but I stepped back to fill it out again and let someone else go in front of me. When I was up again, he then told me I put down my name as parent and that I accidentally put my son's name for the minor section. What does that REALLY matter? We get wrist bands with the numbers that are matching but he wasnt going to let it slide..not for his job but to simply irritate me even more. So that I didn't have to wait another 15 minutes in line, I told him my son has the same name as me. (lol) He then refused to accept that and the other young man at the front desk took care of me. I asked to speak to the manager but they both claimed to be the "manager". It was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my life. To the employees that could be reading this- maybe you could get a better job if you had work ethics and strived to do your best..not just for others but for yourself. Thanks for almost ruining my Mother's Day..I cooled down and let it go after I realized I feel sorry for you that you have such poor mentality and overall lack of happiness with yourself and toward others. We made the huge mistake of booking our son's birthday party here a couple weeks ago. We paid over $1500 for a party for 18 kids. It was the worst party I've ever attended. When we arrived the morning of the party, the facility was dark (but had been open for 30 minutes). Food from the night before was all over the facility, from the play structures to the party rooms. Our room wasn't set up and it took them an hour to clean it. Our guests arrived and couldn't get in because the party planner lost their admission tickets. The food for the party was delivered 90 minutes late. 90 Minutes is an awfully long time for 4 year olds to wait for lunch. We paid for lunch for the adults, but the food was so late they never ate. The desserts for the party were only partially delivered. Again, no desserts for the adults, yet we paid for them. The staff was horrendous, with no idea how to put on a party or what to do. They mainly wandered around and watched us frantically try to pull the party together for them. Goody Bags were incomplete. A visit from "Billy Beez" himself was nothing short of creepy. Buyer Strongly Beware: Do Not Have a Party Here. They will steal your money and shrug it off. Repeated messages to their company CEO have gone unanswered. Go outside and burn your money rather than spend it here: I assure you the heat you get will be more valuable than a dime spent at this place. read more

Sooo... For starters, I find it absolutely ridiculous that I as an adult who is there to watch my children play... I have to pay. And since I wasn't prepared to "play" I couldn't keep my infant child occupied. Second, the staff and their attitudes are absolutely horrible!!! Came back home to visit grandma and she suggested checking out Billy Beez as she heard about I from somewhere. I first read the reviews on Yelp and while there were some negative comments I felt I've been to enough of these types of places to ignore them as they always read the same. So here we are, came during a weekday right when they opened and so far we've had the place to ourselves. It certainly beat my expectations in regards to size, number of activities and overall cleanliness. As far as price is concerned, I agree it is a little higher than I would expect and having to pay a little to get in as an adult is kind of lame but there are plenty of other places that pull this scam as well. But then again, the price is for all day admission so it would be cheaper than lots of other places if you stay for a while. GROSS!!! We went there as soon as Billy Beez opened and were the second people to go in. THE PLACE IS GROSS!!! The mats have film on them. They STARTED cleaning the floor when we were already inside... cleaning should be done before they open. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispensers. We went to Billy Beez on sat. Played for an hour, my son had a fever Sunday morning, a rash started Sunday night. Got so bad Monday took him to the dr... HAND MOUTH & FOOT disease. They HAVE to do MORE to sanitize and keep clean. I saw kids and ADULTS with no socks on and no one cared. It's heart breaking due to my daughter LOVING Billy Beez but this is the second time we left Billy Beez and my kids became sick the next day. My two and a half year old really loved the place. We went during a weekday so the number of people there was minimal. The staff was extremely friendly and I saw people cleaning nearly the entire time I was there. The slides were amazing and I could see older kids enjoying themselves as much if not more than little ones. I thought the prices were high but not unexpectedly so and comparable to what I've seen at similar places. I didn't mind paying the $4 for myself as I went expecting to participate with my toddler. We arrived right at 10am on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. We had an almost 2 year old and a 2.5 year old with us. There is a section for toddlers that amused them for maybe 45 minutes, but then they wanted to see what else was around. The toddler section had some slides that were pretty fast for little kids, so be careful. There is a section that was made to look like a small field with a goal on either end and there is one large ball inside. This was fun, except only one ball meant a lot of sharing. Another section has a bunch of tennis ball sized balls that are soft foam. There is a "ball fountain" sort of thing in the middle that will blow a bunch of balls in the air. If your kid is running around in this space, just be careful as the ball fountain is heavy metal and doesn't have padding around it. The kids eventually wandered around to the arcade, which half of the games appeared to be out of order. Then they started checking out the larger kid playground equipment. This meant following them through tunnels on your hands and knees and watching out for extremely steep slides. We ended up going down the slides with the kids and I was a little scared as an adult because they were so steep and fast. Overall it was a fun place to go, but a lot of work if your kid isn't at least 6 and self sufficient. read more

5 stars for how much fun my kids had here. It ends there though. The employee who was working in the food area was over 2 hrs late for work which meant we couldn't get anything to eat or drink with out leaving. Try explaining to a 3 and 4 year old they have to leave for lunch but will still get to come back after. Doesn't work. After seeing that the cafe wasn't going to open you would think they would make an exception on allowing drinks and food inside the place. Nope. It also takes a crazy long time to pay to get in. Over 30 min for the guy to check in 2 families. I ended up taking a little walk around the mall with the kids they were getting so restless. And lastly it is expensive. How ever they justify having an infant price it's ridiculous. Placing it with a parent in the wording still means paying for an infant. Just say under 1 free. Soooo, is it fun for kids ? Yes, but it is so expensive, it makes NO sense. Adults have to pay to walk around and supervise the kids. Even the toddlers. The 2nd adult cost more than the 1st adult... What sense does that make? NONE. The slides according to my 5 year old are to fast and she bumped the sides in the curved slide. This is a good idea for a play area in theory, but thinking realistically it's not practical. Most parents bring more than one child or a group of kids meet for a play date, the parents supervise and enjoy the kids having fun. We shouldn't have to pay to do that. I was so happy I found this place while visiting Buffalo over the holiday. My 'not quite' 2 year old had an absolute blast. They had a smaller toddler area, which was nice, but she was quite comfortable doing everything in the place. Some of the slides are too big for her so I had to play too. A locker would have been nice because I had a rather large purse with me that I had to push through the tubes and maneuver through the ropes. Even though the prices are high, I would come back next time we are in town. But if I lived there I don't think we'd do this regularly at that rate. Maybe it's the newness but we were in town for a week and I did a lot of google searching for indoor play areas and this one never came up- we actually found it by accident while shopping. They stated no corporate number was available. I never received a response or acknowledgment that my email was recieved for this location. What a great experience we had at Billy Beez! This was our first time there, and my daughter who is just under two loved it! There was a section for younger children which was perfect for her, but she was also able to participate in some of the other activity zones. Often in the little kid section were bigger kids, which meant that I had to follow after her to make sure she wasn't trampled. Everything was large enough for an adult to get through as well, though sometimes it was a bit challenging! It is a very loud and busy place, so you if you have a child who shies away from lots of noise, this is not the place for you. It also got quite warm inside. There are a lot of signs that say no outside food or drink, and they do have their own cafeteria. The passes are all day long, so you can always step outside into the food court for a quick food break. We were there for two hours, and if my daughter hadn't been so tired from running all around, we would have stayed longer. There was plenty to do to keep her entertained. The pricing is rather expensive. You have to pay not only for children, but for adults as well. For the three of us, it came to around $25. Despite the larger price tag, it is definitely a worthwhile treat! read more

I had a scheduled Birthday Party for my daughter yesterday. When we walked in no one could tell us which party room we were to go to for about 10 minutes. When we finally got in and entered party room 2 the Carbon Monoxide Detector went off and the whole facility was told to evacuate. No one had even come to check us in yet. On the way out an employee ensured us a refund. After about 20 minutes they opened the doors back up by then my daughter was devasted The rest of her party already left and I was waiting to speak to the manager Maria. Maria needs to take a class or 2 in customer service her attitude was HORRIBLE and she gave me a really hard time All I was asking for was my deposit back. My daughters party was not cancelled due to weather or our own conditions it was the fault of BillyBeez alone. Maria claimed she could not give me a refund but reschedule my party. I'm not completely sure how things work in her world but You cannot reschedule a birthday they only come once a year. I've contacted her district manager and have asked to speak with his supervisor. No one has contacted me back yet. Maria told me that the alarm went off due to a fire in the kitchen which is still NOT my problem. Why should I be inconvenienced and basically out of my money due to their own mistakes. We'll never come back here to play and I will be here daily until a higher authority contacts me back. Took my best friends son here today (9 years old). I showed him the place from outside and asked him if he wanted to go here or Dave & busters. He picked billy beez. Prices went down from what I seen posted previously which was great. He had a ball!! I like the idea with the wrist bands so him and I had the same number and that the whole place is gated in. It always worries me. Yeah he's nine but having a child out of your sight for a min or two can be so stressful! Knowing he couldn't leave without me and or no one can take him out. Just seeing him run by me every 5 min was okay with me cause their was no stopping him! I also was very thankful that a couple hours after we got there his father showed up and they had no problem adding our number to his band. Very nice people. The only thing I didn't like was. I went to the food stand in there and I asked the guy if they had any more pepperoni pizza. He told me that they only had cheese and I asked how long until the other pizza was out so I could feed him. He told me 20 min. 10 min later, I went there and they had a sign that they were closed for the day. If I would've known I would've just gotten him a slice somewhere else before instead of after. This place is way to expensive for no reason. Thinking of throwing a birthday party for for my 3 year daughter and the best package is $45/child and one adult. Does this place think that there is a bunch of single parents around and to top it off you have to pay if the other parent comes to the party. I would never inconvenience my guest like that. On a regular admission adults have to pay more then the child like the adult is the one having the fun!!! Billy Beez is nice but too over rated! Will seek some where else. read more

I gotta say that I really don't understand what the previous reviewers were complaining about. My wife and I took our 4 year old to Billy Beez this last Saturday for a pre birthday treat. The price for our 4 year old our 11 year old and ourselves was $50.95 and that was pretty reasonable for almost 6 hours of playtime that our kids loved. I don't know maybe the previous reviewers were cheap? It is what you would expect for a place where there are a lot of children playing. I felt for that type of evironment it was fairly clean. The food was exactly what you would think. Would you go to Darien Lake and expect a five Michelin Star meal? Be real people. Overall we loved it and plan on returning soon, if we had any complaints they would be the weekend is not the optimal time to go very crowded with lots of ill behaved children that were unattended, and the area where you hang your coats and put your shoes was small and a bit crazy. read more

My husband and I took our two year old and seven month old for the first time Friday afternoon. The facility I have to say was pretty awesome, hubby and I had just as much fun as our two year old. They do have a "Mini Beez" area for the smaller babes. It's not huge, but big enough for them to still have fun. We really liked how a photo of us all together was taken along with matching arm bands given for safety purposes, and you're allowed to go on everything with your little one. It does however get super super hot and it is pretty pricey even though it's for an all day pass. Love the place, not the prices. read more

We went to Billy Beez on a Monday afternoon for our 3 years olds birthday. At that time there was probably 3 other families playing at Billy Beez. The Billy Beez facility was absolutely disgusting!! There was garbage all over the floor and in front of the garbage cans, the floor was sticky and filthy! In both of the party rooms there were no parties going on however there was a 1/2 empty pitcher of punch and a veggie dip tray that was still sitting out (mind you this was a non-holiday Monday afternoon) so most likely had been sitting out since the weekend. This location just opened about a week ago and we went today. It is very cool inside with lots to do! Appropriate mostly for ages 4-9 I would say but older or younger would enjoy it too. It seemed very clean (which I would expect anyway since it's new!). I just CANT GET OVER THE PRICE!!! It's $21 per child on the weekend and $20 during the week! And ADULTS HAVE TO PAY TOO!!!!?!? Whaaaaaaaaat??? It's $7 per adult!! Are they out of their mind?? If you go to their website and look up other locations you'll see they are much cheaper and more reasonable! I just can't understand it!? I hate the shake down of consumers especially where kids are concerned. This place is a law suit waiting to happen. Aside from the overall appearance, of being a fun place, its ridiculously expensive. The food was generic crap that is way over priced. Fries were disgusting, the nacho cheese resembled cheese flavored jello and it was freezing. The chicken fingers were nasty, tiny, undercooked, and again overpriced. AND we waited 2 and a half hours to get 4 chicken fingers and maybe at the most 17 french fries. There also was caution tape over 1/3rd of the jungle gym (I don't think a bunch of 2-7 year old kids are going to know what that tape means) so needless to say a manager came out screaming at children as if they were growm adults in a bar fight. These kids are there to have fun and parents are not made aware of this upon arrival/paying to enter. (If you're an adult/couple expect to pay to get in and watch your child play) Completely under staffed. I recently threw my 2 year old daughter a birthday party there after going on a field trip with her daycare. I was impressed by the venue initially and from the daycare we only paid about $10 per person. So we booked the party for 15 kids. We made an initial deposit of $287 and the remaining was suppose to be another $287 -$325. We bought the $45 package. As the party was approaching I had to go up to the facility 3 times to request invitations and finally I just said I'll buy some because their response time was horrible. Day of the party 2 extra people show up so we had 17 people. But according to billy bees I had already reached my maximum nmbr of people 3-5 people ago. How so? The birthday girl, myself and my wife counted as 3 people. Bottom line I ended up paying an extra $547 that day for a 2 hour party. They were not trying to work with me on the price but never told me in the beginning that we would count towards the nmbrs. I would never have a party there ever again and would encourage everyone not to do it as well. I could of spent $900 and had a backyard party fully catered and still had money left over.
