I find this extremely concerning. As a certified coach for over 20 years children "playing" on this equipment is very dangerous without properly trained staff. Children can break bones, fingers, get concussions, and even fall on their head and neck the wrong way and hurt the spine. The owner of this establishment needs to take accountability and hire a professional to supervise the children or get rid of this equipment. Gymnastics equipment is not for untrained children to play on.

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!
