I first worked with Kimberly back in 2014 after doing a worldwide search for a marketing partner…read morefor Title Boxing Club franchisees. I had an initial list of 60 companies and through an exhaustive vetting process chose Kimberly, the founder of CyberMark. She has since sold CyberMark and founded another called Rank It Up Marketing. The main criteria I was looking for were experience, honesty, and the capability of their team to match what the business needs. She did a phenomenal job and we were very happy with her services. Even 10 years later in 2024, the same principles for vetting an agency still apply but even more now than ever. With the evolution of technology, the choices become greater and more complex. You can think of it like building a car from parts. When it is all said and done, what features are missing, what options are not adding overall value, and most importantly will you run out of gas before reaching the destination, or profitable growth. Proud to give Kimberly a 5 star rating! Dan Hannay President of Franworth Supply Chain

Boy! I hate to leave a bad review but I consider this a public service announcement. Ken tanked an…read moreimportant print job, stuck me with an inferior product that hurt my standing with the client and left me high and dry. 1. I reached out more than a month before the job because I knew I'd need some rush printing day-of. In exchange for helping me out with that rush job, I'd send this printer ALL my business for my scottsdale client. 2. I sent Ken all my Scottsdale business - several thousand dollars worth. I printed gigantic standalone banners and die-cut, adhesive back vinyl stuff, A TON of printed material. And did Ken ever charge a premium for that stuff, a big markup for "rush" orders (where he didn't even download the file for printing until days later.) His prices weren't especially competitive, but I thought I was buying peace-of-mind. 3. The day comes when I need the rush order - effectively same-day printing. Not a gigantic order - two hundred 11x17 prints, but I needed them on time - and Ken got real unprofessional. Here's what happened... - Though I frequently reminded him that we'd be doing an important same-day job, he neglected to schedule it. It was a big surprise! - He said he couldn't do the print job that day because I didn't have the originals to him by 9am. - He would not verbally commit to doing the work at any time during that long stressful day. - He said he couldn't make my deadline because his wife "had dinner reservations. " - He refused to located the paper-stock I requested and instead tried to foist me onto a paper that wouldn't have taken a fold. He told me the stock I wanted "was not available in Scottsdale." I had to go to a Staples, buy the stock myself and deliver it to him by hand. - Instead of meeting him at his nearby place of business, he asked me to drive an hour to meet him outside a Bank Of America, because "he had to go to the bank." - He charged a 100% markup for his rush fee. That's 2x the cost. (And remember - I bought the paper and gave it to him.) - Instead of professionally printing the 11x17's at the correct size (borderless), he just hit print on some kind of color copier and printed them out - with a thick white border. They looked terrible. So - if you need a professional job done at a competitive rate - this is probably not the print shop for you. REPLY TO KEN'S RESPONSE Woof. Ken, I'm not here to fight. And you don't probably don't really want a big long tirade where you call your customers liars. I have uploaded a couple of pics that show the botched job and the text conversation that followed. Here's what I DO want... 1. I want a stress-free interaction with a print shop. 2. I want a company called "Next Day" to offer rapid turn-around printing. 3. If I give you a month's notice on a same-day print job, I want you to honor our agreement. OR, if you can't do a same day job, I want you to tell me so I can go to another print shop in the area. 4. If I spend several thousand dollars with you, I want you to treat me like a valued customer. 5. If you screw up a print job and the client's not happy, I want you to fix it. So, is that you, Ken? You may have to stay an hour late -- maybe even two hours -- but I gave you a month's notice. And spent a ton of money with you. And you screwed the job and called me a liar.
