Mike is great at talking, but HORRIBLE at providing good service. Trust me your sanity is more important than dealing with this flake. This is the absolute worst "company" I have ever dealt with. Quotes a project and estimates it will take 5-7 days. Then he raises the quoted price twice and doesnt even finish the job after 2 months. But still charges me for the entire job. Excuses after excuses. Sure he gave me the sign material, but he gave it to me broken, already cracked halfway thru and the vinyl is bubbling everywhere. I talked to an actual professional and found out this sign material is as cheap as it gets and would have needed to be replaced within a year anyway. I feel lied to about the material he used, he quoted me for lexan which lasts a long time in sun exposure. However I received broken/cracked material from Mike and a professional claims that the material is cheap plexiglass. Hes not even a registered contractor so don't waste your time quoting a big job. read more

Mike had one of the most competitive quotes for a chrome delete on my car, so I gave him a shot. Was super responsive, and friendly throughout the whole scheduling and and material order process. Mike did a great job on the window trim however the front grille gave a bit of trouble. Despite still finishing the job, Mike decided he could do better on the grille and offered to re do the front free of charge knowing he could do better without me even asking too. That's a fantastic business owner. Mike is a great guy and does great work, willing to make it right. Excited for him to come back and improve upon his work! I recommend this business! read more

CONT. PART 2 I receive no response. Maybe he's busy, so I wait 5 days, passing my requested installation appointment, which he never responded to. I call him on 22SEP11 at 11:58 AM, the phone rings for a long time I hang up. I try again a few hours later, same thing, phone rings, no answer, no voicemail. I wait one more day and I call again, and same thing. At this point I'm confused by Mike, who seemed so eager to have my business, but then leaves me high and dry. After having built a customer relationship in where he led me to believe he cared about my business needs, Mike basically dumped me as a customer without even giving me the courtesy to say he didn't want my business. He wasted my time, due to the nature of my business, cost me money when I was forced to postpone opening, and he left me with the impression that his diligence was hollow. It wasn't until after I posted my review on Yelp that Mike decided to contact me and inform me why he didn't want my business. In his email I got the feeling that basically, hes OK with kicking you to the curb unless your going to talk about your experience. Mike Jr.: "...there comes a point when for whatever ason it becomes apparent a customer is not going to like anything at all and with the work that I had done up to that point for free, I really would never remain a viable business if I kept sending and resending proofs.." ... " please remove the review as it is not a true version of the events and I would like if anything those events be brought to light.." He did offer to finish the job and then to give him a fair assessment, but by then I found someone else and to be honest I wasn't about to go running back after a slap in the face like that. A misunderstanding is one thing, but Mike is making false claims in both his email to me and his response below. Following our conversation its easy to see that: His proof/deposit policy was unclear and unstated. I'm not in the signage industry, I don't know how many proof limits there are and what deposits are required. I just know what you tell me, and Mike told me nothing to that regard. He didn't ask for a deposit. He only quoted me for printing and install. He led me to believe he would work with me to make sure I was happy with the product. He didn't respond to my request for an appointment. He ignored my emails and calls. In his response below he insults and patronizes me even though I made reasonable attempts to contact him. If you want stress, an unfinished job, and pay full price from first quoted price & more than that. Then go ahead and try this company. I already made a review on Google but for the people that only use Yelp well here's your warning. He is great at talking in the beginning, but he is horrible at customer service. He has yelled at me over the phone while I am pregnant in my first trimester. He has blown up my boyfriend's phone so many times. Full of excuses and he broke our original sign we had up there. He also gave us after constant asking for our sign we paid for... One side with a overlap vinyl and the other sign with a huge crack and bubbled vinyl. He will change up his prices, and he tried to convince my boyfriend to pay the remaining balance a month into the job that he never finished!! When it's suppose to be a 7 day job. I had the sign made and Mike installed within 4 weeks. 3 Days after Installed I had to change out a letter due to someone getting a Copyright on the 3 letters CPR. So I had to change the C to an S. The S is up and looks great. It was cold outside when the letters were put up and one had turned due to not sealing cause it was cold. Mike did come out and fix it. We did a barter with him for the tag line. Tag line came in 2 weeks later and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend mike to do your sign. FANTASTIC!! 5 STAR read more

Mike has not responded to me for three weeks now and has not completed a job that I have fully paid him for. I received 2 signs out of 3 and the 2 signs that he did do were of poor quality. The signs still have bubbles and look like an amateur did them. He told me the bubbles would disappear in a few hours and here we are 3 weeks later with the bubbles still in them. I have sent numerous emails and phoned him several times to follow up on the third sign but he does NOT respond. I will be following up with the BBB and taking him to small claims court for the amount he needs to refund me for the job he did not complete. As a small business owner I know the importance of customer service and always strive to communicate with my customers when there is an issue and always make sure to take care of them in any way possible.
