Our stone is perfect. We dropped off 14 limestone tiles and could not be happier with the finished product. Paid half of the bill up front, tiles were completed on time and we paid the balance. I will post pictures once they are installed. Definitely recommend Striking Stone the communication was easy and the finished product was better then expected. When does that happen anymore?? I volunteer at a church in Round Rock, Texas and was asked to look into engraved rocks for some new member gifts. I found Striking Stone online and looked through their website to see if they had done similar work before. I was impressed with their past jobs, but was concerned with their ability to sandblast clean lines on a non-flat surface. I received my order last Friday and I could not be more impressed with the quality of the work. The lines on our logo are tight and detailed and the text was crisp and sharp. Liseanne has been wonderful to work with being both flexible with design changes and responsive to all communications. We had a new member celebration last Sunday and Liseanne was even able to get the order completed and shipped ahead of schedule and in time for our event. Her efforts really made the day special and the quality of the rocks we ordered was praised by the recipients. The bottom line is that if you are considering one of the numerous services offered at Striking Stone you will not be disappointed with the experience or the product. I cannot say enough good things about Striking Stone. Liseanne is so helpful! We have used Striking Stone 3 times for pet stones when various friends have lost their beloved pets. If you are looking for a gift that will last forever this is the place. I have always brought my own rock in to be engraved, but I am sure they have a stockpile of various rocks and whatnot. Striking Stone is a family owned business in Phoenix, Arizona. We take great pride in creating the highest quality engraved products for our customers with old-fashioned customer service. We use a traditional hand sandblasting process along with modern computer guided template cutting equipment. This method creates artwork that is highly detailed and precise while maintaining hand-made quality. Our master craftsman is on-site - we do not outsource our engraving. Striking Stone permanently carves your art, thoughts, images, wishes, pictures, memories, information or virtually anything you would like on a wide variety of substrates.
