My job was a "rush" job and so I didn't have time to review a proof. The final product was absolutely PERFECT. It surpassed my expectations. The price was beyond fair. Or what about something that you've already had printed last minute but then need a correction because of your own mistake... even more last minute? Luckily for people here in the valley with a printing fiasco on your hands, you can go to International Minute Press (heck maybe anyone anywhere can use them with that name). While I might not know about the "international" part, I do know about the "minute" part and love them for it. They should also have "incredibly reasonable prices for high quality work" in their name too... however I don't think that would fit on the building that well so I can see why they would leave it out. This business completely saved my tail and it has become a running joke with a coworker and I when we think we messed something up, or need something impossible... "oh just call International Minute Press, they will calmly tell us they can have it done in minutes for $1.97" Yeah, they are that good. They were very helpful on the phone and the process of pick up was essentially seamless. They are fairly conveniently located in the Papago strip mall by that Sky Song spot and are very responsive to requests via phone/email. They also have no problems doing individualized small batch orders and go above and beyond to watch out for errors (notifying me of what they thought could be a typo in a name etc). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get things professionally printed ie name tags, flyers, signs, invitations and the like.

He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! Really sad and I'm sitting in my car now and there's still two minutes left before it hit 6 o'clock. Where has Customer Service gone?
