He was clearly focused on fixing the problem. He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. We may still need to replace the appliance, in which case, I'll ask these folks to do the work.

Experience #3: Initially great, then poor I decided to give them another shot. I wanted a four season sunroom. They came out right away and said they'd provide a quote. I followed up a few weeks after their visit to my property, and they said they were working on it. More than five weeks have passed since their visit and they never provided the quote. As another reviewer said, I guess they don't need the work. I still need a few things done to prep my unit for sale, but due to the lack of response - NOT the quality of work - I'll have to cross them off my list of preferred contractors. :( They ended up providing a quote at long last, probably only because they saw this review. In my opinion, the quote was kind of a "we don't want to do this work but we'll do it for this price" deal. There's an impolite word for quotes like these. They then asked me to change my review.
