They had it set up for Tuesday, but I was off work on Monday so i called them first thing Monday morning to see if they could come that day instead of Tomorrow. The guy checked the schedule and said he could have some out that afternoon. The guy called first like they said and he was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. It took him about 30 seconds to figure out the motor wasn't working properly. He ordered a replacement from his Ipad and said it would be delivered tomorrow sometime and he'd come back out on Wednesday to install it. And that's exactly what happened. Dryer works great now. I would definitely use these guys again.

First visit, diagnosed as thermostat issue, second visit to install thermostats decided it was the compressor, after waiting over a week for compressor to come in, third visit they decided to bring " head technician who knows more about this stuff" out and they decided it was low on coolant. Why not have the person who knows the most come out sooner? Being with out a freezer for almost a month is absurd. I do not recommend Jerry's and would not use them in the future.

Experience #2: Could have been better They canceled a tile repair appointment at the last minute and offered to rebook more than two weeks out. I was annoyed and did the tile repair on my own. Experience #3: Initially great, then poor I decided to give them another shot. I wanted a four season sunroom. They came out right away and said they'd provide a quote. I followed up a few weeks after their visit to my property, and they said they were working on it. More than five weeks have passed since their visit and they never provided the quote. As another reviewer said, I guess they don't need the work. I still need a few things done to prep my unit for sale, but due to the lack of response - NOT the quality of work - I'll have to cross them off my list of preferred contractors. :( They ended up providing a quote at long last, probably only because they saw this review. In my opinion, the quote was kind of a "we don't want to do this work but we'll do it for this price" deal. There's an impolite word for quotes like these. They then asked me to change my review. OK, review changed.

I waited three hours and called again. He asked for my address and directions to home. I asked what time he would be out. He said he didn't know and would call me back. At 6pm, still no call back or show up from him, so I went with someone else. Would have appreciated a little more integrity, a courtesy call, or time committal from this organization if the intention was not to even come out after asking for my address.

Unfortunately, they no longer do ice maker repairs, however they did refer me to Service Resource. Wow! This really worked out well for us. Spoke with Brian the owner. He came same day, diagnosed the needed repairs. He shopped around for best pricing on parts. The pricing to repair one refrigerator didn't make sense to fix do to age of equipment and lack of life expectancy, his suggestion. We agreed to put in new ice maker in the other, he acquired needed parts and installed two hours later. Very clean, neat, thorough, timely and conscientious. He didn't like something he saw from the original installation and reworked it, no extra charge. I learned on trip two he is qualified to do numerous home repairs. We now have him on speed dial. Yes, it shows I'm from Florida, however we live in Brown County as well.

While we waited for an appointment my husband took the cover off & checked to see if the filter was dirty but it wasn't so he closed it then the blower started working fine. Then Sears showed up a few days later & noticed the limit switch was missing & had to order it & rescheduled to come back in 5 days. 15 minutes after he left the burning smell & smoke started coming back out the vents again setting off our smoke alarm. I immediately called the Tech Ottis to let him know & his response was he already closed the ticket & wasn't coming back until Friday. So we were without heat from Monday to Friday & had to use space heaters. I was not happy about it at all since the heat was working before he came but once he came back Friday morning he fixed it & we've had no problem. Ottis is very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing our furnac.e.

He showed up at our door without calling or texting as promised. He mentioned a couple of things about the age of the unit, and that he would submit his findings. He didn't walk around with us or show us anything. He didn't give us any paperwork or business card, nor his name. Within an hour the home warranty company called denying our claim based on damage to the outside of the unit, the compressor hose, and some sort of fabricated modification. The technician DID NOT MENTION ANY OF THIS DURING THE VISIT. Coincidentally, we had already had a service company come out on our own prior to the visit and they didn't mention any of these things either. The Sears tech did not show us nor send us any pictures. We have called 5 different phone numbers for Sears and each one says that there is not actual person available, but the automated agent can help. However, there is no way to leave a message, and of course none of the options mention needing feedback from the technician. In the meantime, I have received 3 text messages and one automated phone call telling us the technician is on the way and sorry for the delay. I told them three times via these contacts that the technican has come and gone, but the reminders keep coming. Come on Sears, get it together!
