Jaime returned today at 7 and proceed to change out all sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair a leak close to the main valve, and replace an additional head in our side yard. All work was professionally done and completed by 10:30 AM. The cost was reasonable and the service and communication was terrific. I highly recommend Billy Sprinklers for your repair needs.

The workers are nice and hard working but they would get calls and put them on speaker for us to hear and the owner Billy would say if they wanted to work the weekends to come over to the yard but not to get any work done . Landscaping that was promised for two weeks became a whole 2 months deal. And to make it worst he never showed up for the end of the contract after 45 days . Since that time I have not found a competent and truly professional landscaper to spend it on. I first made contact with BC PRO on February 24th, sent photo's, gave a description of what I wanted, and even hosted an appointment to get an estimate. Their website offered design ideas but they could not give me any due to having no design person on staff. On March 6th I got an estimate but it was sloppy and did not contain all the things I asked for so I asked for a new one. In the mean time I hired a different company to do some of the removal work I was asking them to include in the original work order. Very sloppy, very unprofessional response by them - they didn't care that they were delaying my work needs. By March 13th they still had not provided an accurate estimate and when I inquired about it, the company representative (Judy) became quite disrespectful. So much so that I cancelled my interest in their not so "professional" services. Sadly, she didn't even know what a "paver" was until I described it to her. Recommendation is to avoid these folks. They will waste your time, cannot do truly professional landscaping, know anything about patios beyond pouring concrete and pitching a few slabs of flagstone on top, and will push things you don't want on you. They may have been pretty good in the past but they have rolled very far downhill for 2021.

I called to complain the other day and told them my lawn looks terrible, despite how much I am paying. I asked him why they weren't more proactive, and let me know that whatever they're doing isn't working. Not their job, and he told me that unfortunately not all of the workers are qualified to diagnose and treat problems. Nice guy showed up today--no call or appointment--and said he recommended changing the sprinkler system and/or digging up the grass and replacing the soil. He said it was probably one of those things or the hear. Nothing definitive. I don't know what I've been paying for. Its not their services, of course, that's the issue.
