The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to make recommendations for other businesses that might offer a specific item not on offer through the shop. I highly recommend stopping by (they also stay open a little later than many of the local shops in the area so you have extra time to browse for something special!).

Mew and Company offers a print that you can use water color paint on. You select one of the three prints and follow a model painting if you wish. It is very relaxing and a really a unique and inexpensive experience for $7 a print. I always stop here when in town to do a painting and see what new fun things I just have (but do not need). There are usually 3 watercolor paintings to choose from with detailed directions on how to make a beautiful piece of art to take home - all for $7 and it includes a nice cup of tea. If you don't want to stay and paint, you can even choose the option to print a piece to paint at home for $3 if you have the supplies. So many options for creativity and shopping!
