It's not required by the state and only recommended. We felt safe as the pedi room is separate from the salon and my daughter and I wore our masks and we were one of the first people there in the morning.

A nice courtyard welcomes visitors to come, browse and learn about historic Old Mesilla. And everything reasonably priced. Quite surprising for a small locally owned shop in a tourist area. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to make recommendations for other businesses that might offer a specific item not on offer through the shop. I highly recommend stopping by (they also stay open a little later than many of the local shops in the area so you have extra time to browse for something special!).
