I was informed that I would be notified of any other reservations so they could start working on a schedule for that day. The 10-passenger already had a wedding to take everyone from their venue to the Best Western on Christie Drive from Wardsville, MO. But had the possibility of being done in time for our wedding. Our wedding should be over at 3:45pm with photos to follow then a drop off time at our reception hall at 5:00-5:15pm. With a three hour minimum we should be allotted 4:45-7:45pm. They called me over a month later to inform me that they sold the 9-passenger limo and would be getting a 12-passenger instead. Again, telling me they would let me know soon on scheduling. Three weeks later they called to confirm the schedule and to let me know they got a 14-passenger limo instead of the 12-passenger. They told me that they bumped a bachelorette party back a couple of hours to accommodate us for our drop off time at 3:45pm. I was never informed of another party until this call and they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly. The bachelorette party was booked over the last two hours of our paid time because they needed the limo for the entire evening. This was ten days before our wedding. Since they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly, I gave them our correct drop off time again and was told they would look at the schedule a second time to figure things out. They called the next day and told us their only option for us was the 10-passenger limo if we "wanted to risk it". Even though we were booked before the bachelorette party, the 14-passenger limo was no longer an option for us. The 10-passenger limo might run late and the bachelorette party would take priority on our allotted time. No apology was given from them, they found the situation humorous and we canceled because we didn't feel confident that they would be ready for our pickup. This was a scatter-brained disaster for us ten days before our wedding. We would recommend finding a different limo service to schedule an event.

Overall I recommend Hermann Trolley to get around Hermann during your visit. My wife and I spent…read morethe weekend in Hermann and used the Trolley to get out and visit the various wineries in the area. The concept is very simple, purchase your ticket, find a pickup spot and ride around. I recommend purchasing your ticket on-line prior to pick up, makes the whole process easier. One driver allowed folks to purchase tickets but it was cash only and delayed the rest of the bus, buy a head of time. Trolley's (and vans) are nice, well maintain and comfortable. The vehicles stay in constant movement, never waited more than 10 min for a ride. If you are uncomfortable waiting you can call dispatch and they will provide you the location of the nearest trolley and an estimated arrival time. The only thing missing is a route map, would like to know what order the stops are in, helps with our planning. Overall great experience!
