Thus began an effort that lasted about 9 months. Separately, we each visited some vendors and found them polite, but we weren't getting anywhere, and frankly, most didn't have a great selection and didn't seem to understand what we wanted. And then, I visited All About Flooring and initially looked through a vast amount of samples, and took home many, their selection is very good, but still wasn't making progress until the owner, Becky Griffith, noticed my disappointment and decided to become involved. She took on the challenge. Becky was relentless in attempting to help us find the right carpet. She finally contacted some of her carpet reps and showed them a piece of our old carpet. And, Bingo... they came up with a sample that was acceptable in geometry, but the color was not. Not an obstacle for Becky. She arranged for another sample with colors more to our liking. And, finally...success! The carpet was ordered and installation was scheduled. Installation was somewhat difficult and problematic and a few things had to be reinstalled. Not an issue for Becky. She even came to our house with the man who did her measuring to discuss a solution and to make us comfortable and as she said, "I want you to be happy". Her crew, Matt and Levi returned several times to "to make things right" without complaint. All About Flooring went the extra mile...actually, it was more like 1,000 miles to satisfy us, and I can sincerely say, I think you should not hesitate to use them for your flooring. I was impressed with the way they treated my home. They wear what look like hairnets or blue hair…read morecovers over their shoes so they don't track dirt into your home. And they have plastic covers that protect the corners of the walls so that the hoses they use don't scrape, scratch or remove paint from the wall corners. As for the carpet cleaning itself, it was very good. We did have to ask the person to go back over a spot or two where there was a stain we didn't feel that the got as well as he should have the first time around, but he was very considerate and had no problem with going over those spots for us and getting them clean. I used to get my carpets cleaned and when they would dry, I could walk around and crunch my carpets. I didn't know that was bad. It was soap residue and I was breaking the fibers. With Zerorez, the carpet is SOFT and clean when they leave. Also, they use giant fans aimed down at the carpet to get it mostly dry before they leave. I really like that!

While the technician that came out was very polite and quick (almost too quick as he completed 4…read morebedrooms, a closet and stairs in less than an hour), I was overall not pleased with the service. After the first visit, it took a full day for the carpet to dry. By the second day, there was an obvious odor of urine in 2 of the bedrooms (not previously observed), and multiple brown stains in one of the bedrooms that were not previously there. I requested for a re-service which was completed a week later. The same technician completed the re-service and was again polite and very quick. He re-cleaned 2 bedrooms with the urine odor and spot cleaned a third bedroom with the multiple brown stains in just 15 minutes. Unfortunately the carpet now looks worse than it did after the original cleaning. The urine odor is gone but the brown stains are even more noticeable now. I feel that I paid for a professional service that did not meet expectations.

We had to order 6 more boxes of tile for them to fix most of the screw ups and there is still more. The grout lines do not line up. Tiles are sticking out further than the others. their caulk job is the worst we have ever seen it is like 2 inches wide and wavy. They try to cover up their bad cuts with grout and caulk. didnt clean up their mess. we gave them 4 chances to rectify the issues and it is still horrible. I finally told them not to even come back. Asked for money through the whole job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. the pictures you see on their website, I dont even think is work they have done. if I could give this company a minus I would. Home owners beware.
