He was very well educated with regard to evidence, statutes, etc. He worked harder than he probably should have during my hearing, which took much longer than expected. He was able to obtain necessary testimony and admit evidence incredibly effectively. I was under the impression that the defendant's attorney was nearly impossible to beat, and was fairly pessimistic regarding the result of my hearing because of this.
