I was help by an associate there by the name of Michael, this young man no disrespect, but I feel he's younger than me, so I'll call him young man, but Michael was very instrumental and helpful in answering all of my questions. This was the first time I was able to physically do a comparison of three specific items side-by-side physically right in front of me. 2nd Amendment options. The billboard on I-10 South states they have over 7K items in stock, that might be an understatement. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it, install it, or ship it off for repair. Are you searching for an additional item for your collection, looking for something gentle use with just a slight Blem. Well drop by, they are courteous, friendly, and very professional, I highly recommend them. I am a customer.

In short? Rude and incompetent sales staff that are more interested in making a quick buck over…read moreactual customer service that could have fetched them more money. Let me explain... About a week or so ago, I went there looking for a new sidearm for my job. I work in the Armed Security field and needed something reliable bur still budget friendly, so I went there looking for a Smith & Wesson SD9VE. I had been there several times before, so I knew their selection would be pretty ample and given what I was looking for is a pretty popular firearm, I had figured they'd be the ones to have it. That was not the case. Now, initially when I walked in, the sales associate was nice enough, and when he sad they didn't have what I was looking for, I was ok with it as that kind of thing happens. He then proceeds ro ask me what I'm using it for, of which I told him. This is where things QUICKLY go sour. Without missing a beat, he hands me a Stoeger STR9 pistol... Now, for the record, in my job ita important for me to have a good working knowledge of firearms, in addition to knowledge on the support gear needed for an armed security professional. Stoeger is a good firearm, but is absolutely lacking in even a basic duty gear ecosystem. I knew this going in, so when he handed me this pistol, and I knew that even if there was, they wouldn't carry it.) I decided to see if this associate was really paying attention or just blowing smoke up my rear to make a quick sale. Me: "Is there a Level 3 Retention Holster available for this weapon?" Assoc.: "You're going to have to find that on your own." No willingness to assist, no pulling his phone out to look up the information, nothing. Hell, if he had even just plainly said 'no,' Id have been ok with it. There was ZERO customer service skill exuded. Now, juat for the record, the Smith & Wesson pistol i was in the market for is very affordable brand new, is quite popular in the firearms community, and everyone in the community knows this. Keeping in mind that I told him what I was looking for, he asked me what my budget was for my purchase, which in terms of dollars and cents, was $350.00, which is actually more than the MSRP listed. Hearing this was apparently enough to sour the sales associates already poor attitude because he quickly replied back with "Good luck, you'll never find a Smith & Wesson at that price-point." And THAT, is all it took for me to take my money elsewhere because you DO NOT treat a potential customer like they're ignorant, and you sure as hell don't get an attitude with a customer because they show knowledge that you obviously don't have. Incidentally, I did buy my Smith & Wesson at one of their competitors at a cheaper price than what I'm sure Dads would have tried selling it at. Rating 1 star only because Yelp won't let me rate less.

Love this place. I've bought most of my handguns here. Even a desert eagle. Mr. Ralph always has…read moreammo in stock. Even when everywhere else is out due to everyone freaking out about the gun control crap. Can even get .22 ammo here. I have a marlin 336 in .35 rem and he even has several different brands and grain ammo, which is so hard to find. Last three times I went to bass pro shop the only ammo they had on the shelf was for the .500 smith hand cannon. I've been so often I just go behind the counter and get ammo I need and put it on the counter. He has a plethora of handguns. Used and new. Even has a gorgeous collection of 1911's. A lot of Kimber 1911's. He has tons of rifles and shotguns and even has a few Purdey drillings. I'd never seen one and immediately fell in love with it. It's a 12 gauge double barrel with a 30-06 barrel underneath. Beautifully made and hand etched. But unfortunately at $12k it's a lil outta my price range. He has any accessory. From lights and holsters to even auto-knives. If you're a firefighter, military, ex-military, law enforcement, or an emt you get a nice discount on most glocks. $400 base for those people, new. Only ones that aren't discounted are the more unique, like the long slide glocks. Competition ones. And the 10mm. I bought the glock 22 .40 cal. You can buy a 9mm barrel and spring from lone wolf. Just break it down and swap barrels and springs. Takes like 45 seconds and save money plinking with the 9mm. He does all the handgun tuning and sight replacements. Pretty much anything a hunter or home defense person needs in one store. Thanks Mr. Ralph!
