Before the install, our representative was responsive and attentive. Two people came to our home to measure on separate occasions, and there was a strong emphasis on precision and getting every detail right. We were also provided with mockups, which gave us confidence that the finished product would meet the level of quality we were expecting. After the installation, however, we were surprised to find a noticeable gap in the finished unit. We contacted our rep to express our concern and were told there was nothing that could be done about it. We then asked to schedule the finishing caulking. That was 21 days ago, and despite following up, we still have not received a response or had the work scheduled. The contrast between the level of attention we received before installation and the lack of responsiveness once payment was collected has been disappointing.

Unfortunately, I did not choose wisely and decided to add/change a few things. I contacted this company in March of 2026 to implement changes - from the inception of contact until the changes were implemented/installed the entire process was, well, over 3.5 months. My design consultant, Mary, had never had a design with these changes. There is a learning process - of course. I, originally, signed a new contract then, several days later, was told I needed to sign a WO due to additional hiccups that were not addressed. She never apologized for these mistakes. My project, because it was an addition/change was clearly not a priority; I was not sent a final picture after all documents were signed. I routinely reached out - always politely and respectfully begging for an update. I, eventually, contacted the office manager who, several days later, reached out to scheduling to assist. After the installation/update was complete, my designer did not contact me to ensure that I was pleased with the changes. She may have been stressed, and I do empathize, that is no excuse for unprofessionalism. If you hire this company - ensure that you are completely comfortable with your assigned designer and make sure your final design includes everything - everything - that you desire as going back to implement changes is, clearly, not worth the stress and hassle.

These guys are total amateurs and should not be in business. My mother was fixing up her house to…read moreput it on the market and went to Crystal to get new granite countertops for her kitchen. She spent almost $3,000 on the granite and install and when they put the granite in there was a half inch between the cabinets and the countertops. The installer pressured my mother, who is a widower, saying everything won't be fine and nobody would notice the shins and glue below the counters. I went over one day to check out the work and immediately noticed what a poor job they did and I told my mom that nobody would buy the house until the work was finished. I called the owners and one of them met us at the house to review the work. He said that this was normal and he's done hundreds of installs like this. He said WE should go to Lowe's to pick up a cheap piece of vinyl that we can glue to cover this defect! I told the owner he should be embarrassed to leave a job like this and that they aren't craftsman but amateurs. He said he isn't a carpenter and that it's not their job to level the countertop. Excuse me, but they have an obligation to do a quality job and if there are additional costs needed to make a nice final product then they should have notified my mom at the time of install! My mom had to hire someone else to come out and do the correct finishing work. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead of Crystal!
