Once we decided on a date she and her team delivered a dumpster the day of, Faye even took the time to call me to update me on the delivery time and had a driver from Greensboro drive to our home in Durham to deliver the dumpster at 6:00 p.m. The driver was so nice and answered all of the questions coming from my two young kids, he even told them they could get in the truck and blow the big air horn. I used Wall at first to save a few bucks. Terrible mistake: the dumpster was rusted out, had debris in it, and the door was falling off. I called Wall and was extremely disappointed with the response--wouldn't promise to make it right unless they got pictures. Finally got a very weak offer from them in the afternoon. Faye and company have been the exact opposite. We filled up one dumpster and needed another. I called in the morning and had the old one gone and the new one delivered well before lunch. Amazing.
