The 20 yard dumpster ended up being the perfect size for a garage & two room cleaning & reasonably priced. The drop off & pick up process was rather seamless and I will say in terms of dumpsters this one was less gross looking than most of the other ones I have seen. The reason for the four stars is the first time I ordered they forgot to "place" the order. I called on the delivery date & they had no record of it but they were able to quickly delivery the next day.

I had emailed to get my initial quote, so I responded to the person's email asking if I was expected to pay for a full day considering I don't know what time it even came, only that it was after 3:00. I finally gave up and called today to ask about that first day it was delivered as well as schedule pick-up for after the weekend. Both times I've called he has seemed distracted by children frequently interrupting the conversation. I understand working from home (I do as well), but he's running a business.
