Im not certain what highways, byways, bike lanes, freeways one must endure to get an appointment. I have seen the faxed document along with its receipt; despite this, they please ignorance. I'm over trying to get an appointment with this guy, im finding a really good doctor who has competent staff. No more Sansum clinics for me, they have deteriorated in care and service.

Dr. Chang and I discussed my son's insect allergy history to make sure she understood the scope of his prior allergic reactions, then she carefully explained why she thought it would save me time, money, and my son's discomfort to skip the allergy testing. She made it very clear that if i wanted to do the test, they'd be perfectly happy but she was confident that there was a very low risk for anaphylaxis. She gave us great advice on how to avoid future exposure, how to treat him myself if he were to get stung, and gave me a prescription for an epi-pen just in case. I learned a lot and I really felt I was listened to. Dr. Chang is friendly, intelligent, and was willing to take the time to ensure I understood everything.
