I had an appointment this morning, 4/10. Before going I read posts made on this site and was scared to death. I almost cancelled my appointment. But, I thought it would not be right to do so at the last minute. Well, I am glad I went ahead and kept my appointment. I found Dr Bingham very nice, knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. His staff was friendly and professional. The office is very clean and easy to get to. SO, if you are reading this post and are hesitating on going to Dr Bingham after reading the other posts made on this site. GO!! I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

The front office ladies were accommodating, relatable, and great to work with. I had Ryan see me and he took care of my concerns, dealt with one issue that I had quickly and painlessly, and went out of his way to help with something else else that had been stressing me out for months. ABSOLUTE WORST!!! The sad part is the doctors are not half bad. (Note: I've been 3x for the same issue which they haven't fixed ). It's the office staff who make the experience horrible. To simply make an appointment they put you on hold for 20 minutes put the phone hangs up after 15, then you have to call back and repeat the procedure. Then when you finally get through, the staff is rude and uniformed. They told me I needed a referral from another dr and when I asked if an urgent care dr would suffice they said yes, and told me I wouldn't be able to make an appointment without one. I did as they bid, got the referral from the urgent care dr and they refused to make the appointment, saying now I needed a primary dr to make the referral. When I asked to speak to the office manager they sent me to their voice mail. OF COURSE nobody returned the call. read more

Such a great practice! Dr. Bingham is very professional and knowledgeable. This last time I was in, I mentioned as an afterthought that I had a couple of moles I wanted removed. They fit me in right then to get them done! There has been very little to no wait each time I have been. And the office staff and medical staff are all friendly and helpful. The office is small and clean. Wait times are very short. Both Dr. Bingham and his staff are very friendly. There were times when I felt the small, informal setting actually hurt, because the staff was not always the best at following up on things they were supposed to do. I like Dr. Bingham very much personally, so it pains me to say that as time went on, I lost confidence in him as a doctor. I had to show him precancerous spots on my face for him to freeze off; he didn't see them himself. I've since moved out of the city and another, more experienced dermatologist immediately saw the spots. A bigger issue is that I had MOHS surgery that left a rather significant scar on my forehead, much more noticeable than I was told it would be. I just figured it was the nature of the location and having surgery. But after going to the new dermatologist, he immediately commented on the scar and asked me who did the surgery. He seemed quite upset and explained that the stitches were not done properly and resulted in a much worse scar than necessary. I'm inclined to believe him, especially since I didn't even ask about it, given I was already pretty confident that was the case. read more

Dr Bingham found and removed a melanoma for which I'm eternally greatful. I was surprised he charged as much to take a scrapping for biopsy as he charged a week later to actually remove and stitch up the melanoma. He has a positive bedside manner and explains things clearly. My biggest complaint is he books appointments so I ALWAYS have to wait 45+ minutes even when I book for 9 in the morning. :( read more

This office is so fun! The girls up front laugh and make you feel welcomed. Dr.Bingham is very sweet and talked to me about all of my concerns. My daughter and son both had cysts at different times..when he took care of them he explained everything and made my kids giggle(he's pretty funny) which eased their nerves. I have a long standing relationship with another dermatology office, but they weren't willing to see me for a month and I was in a great deal of pain after a fall in my desert garden. Dr. Bingham made room to see me immediately, made an incision and removed a 1.5 inch agave spine from deep in my thigh. What an immediate relief and I was so thankful. Dr Bingham was nice he kept making assumptions on my scars above my eye and said I was showing signs of cholesterol I had to remind him I was Burned. And to clarify I do not have cholesterol problems all my labs are clear. Finally after debate he said nothing he can do he will have his MA complete referral. She came in stated she'll call me in in a week. This was back on 4/25/16 I called 3 weeks later had not heard anything once again I was told they we're working on it. Called today 6/8/16 I was following up on referral. I was advised they could not find anyone who can treat my condition but I could feel free too search myself and they would get records over. They failed to call me to inform me that I've waited since 4/25/16 and nothing. I will never refer to his office he's nice but his staff needs improvement read more

Dr. Bingham seemed totally disinterested in my issue. I was hopeful walking into the appointment, but after speaking with him, was even more frustrated and did not see a treatment for my problem. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. I was called back about 11:43am, and left at 11:50am... Dr. Bingham did not even spend 10 minutes with me, yet sure had time to collect that $50 copay. He prescribed me a new cream that I had never heard of...as long as his pockets are filled all is well right?! I called my primary care physician to see if she knew what it was, she did not... She then prescribed me something that I have heard of for my issue and I can not wait to try it. If you are wanting a Dr. that truly cares about addressing your issue and will take the time to sit with you and make you feel comfortable...look elsewhere. The only reason I am giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 is because the receptionist I dealt with was incredibly friendly. 4/28/2016 1:45pm Though I wasn't happy with Dr. bing hams prescription, I thought I should give it a try. When prescribing it in office he told me he did not believe insurance would cover it, but he "believed" it was till cost effective... I went to get the prescription about 5 minutes ago, and was told it would be $190... This drug was recently approved by the FDA I did my my research. I declined to take the prescription. Again goes to show he's only interested I further lining his pockets. The professionalism of the receptionist now no longer matters because my experience with Dr. Bingham was so bad. Changing my review to a 1 star... He needs to learn bedside manner. read more

My husband and I are so grateful for finding Dr Bingham. My husband had a horrible painful rash on his feet for 5 months. We saw 4 other doctors with no luck in diagnosing what this mysterious rash was or what caused it. Most of the docs just said it was some form of eczema but this rash kept coming back worse each time and spreading up the leg. Dr Bingham took one look at his feet and was confident that he had a bad allergic reaction, contact dermatitis. We told him that he works in construction in the hot Az heat. We had even bought him new work boots but the rash keeps coming back. Dr Bingham said he was allergic to a chemical that factories are now using in leather boots to prevent mold and some people are allergic to this chemical, especially when their feet are in the boots everyday and sweating. He even printed us information about this and showed us pictures online. Yep, The pictures looked exactly like his feet! Dr Bingham prescribed an ointment cream and prednisone stop the inflammation and recommended us to find a more organic boot. We immediately went online since we are not going to find an organic boot in retail stores... We found an all natural hemp boot on a website in Canada. As soon as he started wearing the hemp boots his rash NEVER came back! After suffering for 5 months of working with a painful rash, loosing sleep, so many doses of steroids, and missing work...Dr Bingham got the diagnosis right! We are still amazed at how his feet healed immediately! Thank you Dr Bingham! read more

Dr. Bingham was great but unfortunately his staff was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. During my first visit at his office I sat in the waiting room only to over hear the girls up front talking loudly about another patient's embarrassing condition. I felt very uncomfortable during this visit due to that! Fast forward to the day before my next appointment - which I scheduled three months in advance. His office staff calls me to cancel my appointment because of a "scheduling error". When I tried calling back I was hung up on twice and finally got through on the third call after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. Long story short, she could careless that I was hung up on twice and could not accommodate me to get me in for my appointment. I will not be returning to Dr. Bingham's practice and will not recommend it to anyone. It is unfortunate he is losing patients due to his office staff's unprofessionalism. read more
