Not sure what it is but it won't stop us from coming back especially now that we found out they have a points reward system! So, if you ever go and it's your first time make sure to enroll and find Sonya. She's super sweet and informative. They have several specials on different dates. LOTS of seats evens smoking section that is separated but if you have a big party be sure to get there early to grab a table. They also have a small slot machine area. They also have lots of food and drink options now which they've come a long way because it used to be very limited. I had the grilled chicken wrap which I forgot to take a pic of but it was very filling and not bland. Got a side of ranch offered and the fries were seasoned and freshly cooked and crispy. Also got a frozen prickly pear margarita which was surprisingly delicious. Always a great time here. The only thing is there's a lot of lag time in between bingo games so they can play their tabs and other games they have for additional costs so be ready to pack your patience but you can use that time to socialize as we did. I was also bummed since we were celebrating a birthday and I was told in an FB message from someone there that birthdays receive a free computer with purchases over $20 but then we get there and was told that's only on the actual birthday date or on Thursdays. We came Saturday. Also, note since I had to ask because it used to be BYOB that no, you cannot bring your own food or drinks from outside besides cake or cupcakes if you're celebrating.

Because this was really fun for the parents and kid…read more --- --- --- I have had Activate bookmarked for a long time but have been hesitant to visit because I was worried my 7 year old might not be able to hold his own in some of the games. If you're having those same concerns, I would encourage you to definitely drop those concerns and just go. There are several different rooms with different styles of games and different levels of each game. Our son could pretty much do everything - mostly with no help (occasionally just a small amount of help), especially on the lower levels. Before you enter each room, you can click a button on the screen to learn the rules of the game so you don't walk in and have no idea what to do. Because once you enter a room, it pretty much starts immediately. Only one time was there a technical malfunction, but everything else worked perfectly the whole time. The basketball and baseball style games were a workout. I was sweating and exhausted after we were done with those. The baseball game was probably the one our son struggled with the most, but it was also my favorite. We ended the day by beating the level we couldn't beat after several tries, so it was a perfect was to use our last couple of minutes. We booked an hour long time limit, but we will definitely do a 90 minute slot next time. The hour flies by, and 90 minutes only costs a few bucks more. This was an awesome experience and one we will definitely do again. Our son's birthday isn't for a few months, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if it ends up being here because it was a lot of fun.

Loved the different rooms and the fact that we could go different levels from easy to hard and extremely advanced, amazing. We checked in and got wrist bands that made us play for 75 mins we also got a locker for personal items like bags and duck do you get to enjoy the full experience without hinderances. We started from one area which is down a corridor to the other end and went in every game room. Then we did it again! From laser to grids to hoops. Everything was just so much fun. Our favorite overall was the 'hide' have! Trust me it's a must do. Reasonably priced for 75 mins in my opinion and for us we were really tired when our time was up so I think it's good enough time also. My niece is going back this weekend with some of her friends. I will surely be back soon also.
