What a fun night!!! Absolutely love coming here but I do miss the old Louetta spot! For some reason I have not won at the new spot but the old spot I won a couple of times. Not sure what it is but it won't stop us from coming back especially now that we found out they have a points reward system! So, if you ever go and it's your first time make sure to enroll and find Sonya. She's super sweet and informative. They have several specials on different dates. LOTS of seats evens smoking section that is separated but if you have a big party be sure to get there early to grab a table. They also have a small slot machine area. They also have lots of food and drink options now which they've come a long way because it used to be very limited. I had the grilled chicken wrap which I forgot to take a pic of but it was very filling and not bland. Got a side of ranch offered and the fries were seasoned and freshly cooked and crispy. Also got a frozen prickly pear margarita which was surprisingly delicious. Always a great time here. The only thing is there's a lot of lag time in between bingo games so they can play their tabs and other games they have for additional costs so be ready to pack your patience but you can use that time to socialize as we did. I was also bummed since we were celebrating a birthday and I was told in an FB message from someone there that birthdays receive a free computer with purchases over $20 but then we get there and was told that's only on the actual birthday date or on Thursdays. This was my first time playing bingo and I'm glad I came to Triple Crown Bingo for a truly authentic experience. I came at midnight with some friends and I was surprised by how busy it was! The place was clean and decorated nicely. They were serving free breakfast to the first 100 people who arrived so that was cool... I got paper bingo cards as well as one computer to try out both experiences. The paper cards were definitely more fun to stamp numbers but I quickly learned that you have a better chance of winning with the computers... and I was shocked to see how many computers people bought. Each electronic game unit plays 66 bingo boards a game. There is also a paper option people add on, so you can play the traditional way with paper and marker. Around the half way point they have $5 electronic games, so you can grab more and increase your odds. I saw a lady get at least 5 more game units and she won bingo 3 times afterwards. First time plating bingo. Set up is nice and easy to follow. They had good packages reasonably priced. The food is not good. The kitchen Staff were unprepared and orders were backed up. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and got a salad with breaded chicken which looked like chopped up nuggets thrown on top of iceberg lettuce. I thought the food prices were reasonable until I saw the quality of the food. Corn chips were stale. I would not recommend buying food there. Bingo is not really my thing, but this place has great service, is family-friendly, and there is a lot of attention to comfort. I came here for the first time with some friends, and I was impressed. -Overall, it was a good value for an evening activity that lasts all night. I bought a package that covered all 12 standard games for $20, and it lasted about 3hours (ended at about 10pm). I didn't win anything, but it was fun lol. -There is a large parking lot, but spaces fill up early, and there is a rush of cars & a bit of traffic when everyone tries to leave all at once in the end. -There are security guards on site, both checking outside & at the front door. -There is a confessions stand inside, that serves a decent variety of snacks, refreshments, and full meals. Prices for food & drinks are decent - comparable to a movie theater or average bar restaurant. -You can play traditional style (on paper with stampers) or on a computer, and they have other pull-tab, speed, and raffle type games running in between the regular Bingo. They favor their regulars at this location . "Special" nights are rigged and regulars are constantly winning . To collect tickets for 25 days and 7 regulars won. On top of that the fact that all the winners were present was very odd if they were collecting tickets over a 25 day span you would think not all those people were present because they stopped letting people in. On top of that they "ran out" of tickets for the prizes which was right before they ran out of computers . But their regulars got 20+ tickets because they are favored . It was not worth the money and headache. Definitely don't recommend this location. I've been several times and if you go you'll see and hear all the regulars winning . read more

Triple crown can be fun... food is great..people that work there are awesome....but if your not able to go often/ be a regular player then don't plan on winning any of the drawings......the regulars get more a preference when drawings take place.. they announce prior to the drawings to NOT be surprised if people win more than once but last week REGULARS won multiple times back to back. Which seems highly unlikely with all the tickets that were collected. A suggestion from those who frustrated by that suggest to only Allow you to win once instead of being able to win over and over again. It seems like favorites are "picked" and maybe the drawings should be for the patrons that came that night. Entry tickets Not collected and kept. I just want to warn Triple Crown Bingo patrons to read the long list of rules before purchasing. We went last night and each couple bought the package of 10 computers for $80. Our plan was to each have 5 computers, which the cashier knew. Three games into bingo, we were told they wouldn't pay us if we won since each person didn't make their own purchase. The only option they gave us was to purchase more (we had already spent $200 for computers, pull tabs, and drinks). We decided to leave. The owner wouldn't give us a partial refund, even though we only played three games. They also could have taken one computer from each couple and each person would have been at the "allowed" 4 computers for $40 purchase. Instead, they decided to keep our money and did nothing to try to resolve the situation. They lost a good patron (we've been going there for a few years with friends and family). read more

Jones Road has it all from a pre /post game rooms one smoking and one non-smoking to a spacious smoking enclosed Bingo section and a wonderful large non-smoking section. Bingo is family friendly. All of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. No question is too stupid. Just ask and any of the employees are willing to respond. I'm kind torn between giving 3 or 4 stars for this place. It's probably the nicest looking bingo place I've ever been to. They have computer bingo for $10 for the 2 sessions or $5 for just 1 session. When we went they had a sale for the first 150 computers at $8 for the 2 sessions. I really liked that they have a closed off room for the smokers so that you don't leave there smelling like an ash tray. My main complaint was the amount of pull tabs they do. They do an insane amount of pulltab games compared to other places. If you aren't buying pull tabs you will sit there bored for long periods of time. They also had an issue where like 4 times people's computers froze so they stopped the bingo while waiting for management to trouble shoot. read more

This would be a great place to play Bingo, if they actually played Bingo. They play an immense amount of pull tabs which diminishes the play of those who like to play actual Bingo. Definitely stay away from TCB when they play their special sessions - it is a night full of pull tabs and very little Bingo. Don't get me wrong, I like paying pull tab games (within reason) but 12 games of Bingo versus over 100 pull tab games is absolutely asinine. See pictures from tonight.
