I have been coming here for about 10+ years, and this is my favourite set by far. Any picture I showed them of a set that I would like they do. A beautiful job as always. They have always been so accommodating when I use my wheelchair. If I decide to walk that day, they push the chair right to the door for me to sit and wheel me straight to the station, so I don't need to walk too far. she did my nails so poorly it snapped in half perfectly after not even after 2 weeks. I had asked for acrylics done and they made them very thin and did the job in less then an hour. did not seem interested in doing the job and overall gave a very snappy vibe. very unimpressed with the unprofessionalism at this establishment. read more

I love it here! Everyone is super kind and are great nail technicians. I have been coming here for years and won't stop!

We went to get our nails done , showed very clear photos and gave instructions of how we wanted alterations. We were both met with great disappointment. Both of our nails were shaped horribly with every nail being different lengths. My friend went in for basic french tips and received no base coat after they had picked out a color which resulted in being able to see her nail through and the paint she got was clear coat. My nails were all painted differently and she wouldn't correct the sizing. the process was also painful and they were rushed even though we were the only ones in the salon. Wouldn't go back again due to poor quality nails and they look like shit will be getting them off tomorrow ( both of us will) read more

I called ahead of time for the price because i walk due to epilepsy. Walked 30min and got there was told if they colored my nails with regular nail polish was$50 not $15 like on the phone. Not impressed. read more

They always do an amazing job when I come in and leave. I usually get a shellac pedicure and the type of pedicure I get is just the basic. You sit in a massage chair and soak your feet in a warm Epsom salt jetted foot rub. From there the esthetician starts her pedicure. When she is done she uses a scrub on your legs and feet and removes it with a hot wet towel. Personally that's the best part of the pedicure. I also got my nails done. I get gel nails. They clean up my nails and all hang nails as well. Nothing to fancy. They do a good wax job - eye brows. You sit in this oversized leather chair. Tilt your head back and they go to town. They take the time to complete the eye brow appointment with tweezers for any randoms the wax didn't pull out. Overall I am very satisfied. And continue to come back over and over again. in the last week Haven't had my nails done here in over 3 years. Was in the area and they weren't busy so I went in. The experience while being there was nice, friendly, and fast... that being said, it's been literally 8 days. After the first 4 days one snapped in half while opening the car door( they are a bit longer). 6 days in and the thumb nail snapped while pulling up my pants. And 8 days in, I've had to replace one nail my self so it doesn't look stupid and the other nail I just glued back on for now. Besides that, all of there tops coats/over lay, is chipping and peeling. I called to complain and explain to her I live almost 2 hours away, and she says come get them fixed we fix for you. Again, I live almost 2 hours away. I can't afford to drive that far for them to be fixed so they can break again. I spent over $83 on my visit and I regret tipping at all at this point. Hopefully, a few of them last long enough for me to make a trip in so they can replaced for free. Very disappointed. Could have at least apologized. ( Side note, I don't do anything crazy with my hands for them to weaken as fast as they did either) read more

I used to love going to Binh's nails I have for years throughout Edmonton and Sherwood park. I only get gel shellac on my nails and they always grind it off. The polish always peels within a week as well. I even went back more consistently to see if I was just waiting too long but 2-2.5 weeks it should last before peeling off. I decided to not go back after going there for the last four months hoping for better results. Always friendly staff and the location is clean. Prefer the Sherwood park location read more

I just finished a pedicure with my daughter and this Binh's customer service has really gone downhill. My pedicure was not done well, the technician was in a hurry and they told me to paint my daughters fingernails and do a 'quick pedicure' would be $30.00. Our pedicures took less than 45 minutes and the cost was ridiculous ($75+). Save your money, go somewhere else. read more

I was passing by this place and needed a pedicure and wax. They gave me a decent pedicure, nothing spectacular, certainly not the best pedicure I've had. They lack attention to detail as some of my nails we cut unevenly but I didn't notice until I got home. They forgot about me after I got the hot wax so I had to call someone to finish the work. The brow wax was very shoddy. She rushed, showed me her "work" in a dirty mirror and left stray hairs that I had to fix at home. Not goi g back here anytime soon. read more

I try to get in at least once every 6 weeks to get my nails done. The staff is friendly and polite and ALWAYS do a great job. Even if you don't have an appointment they get you in quickly and do an awesome job. The studio is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely awful. I got a full set of French tips and even a fill a little while after, the service was decent and nails turned out not great but okay. I went back to get them removed, and ended up receiving the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I wasn't getting any other services just the removal for today and it was extremely painful. They used a new nail tip and wedged it under the gels I had on to try and pop it off. When this didn't work they resorted to ripping the gels off with nail clipers, completely shredding my natural nails in the process. I was cut with the filer, my natural nails are ruined and it cost me $17 for the terrible service. I will not be back there and am very dissapointed in their lack of consideration, professionalism and care. read more

i went to get my acrylic nails removed and shellac put on, and she took off my nails very poorly, made me bleed, and argued with me about the shellac so i ended up not even getting it on. i was left with uneven, brittle nails, and one that still hurts. it was so bad read more

I walked into the salon and they asked me if I want a manicure, I said no, I didn't want one, only wanted a shellac on my nails. They did a good job, but when I left to pay, the amount came to 42.00. I asked them why so much, with a shellac was only 30.00, they said they did a manicure with the shellac. I then informed the lady that I said no to the manicure, but they took it upon themselves to think I would go ahead and pay for something I didn't want. You have to be very careful, they are very sneaky. This has happened twice, and I not impressed with the lack of communication skills. I will never go there again. They lost my business. They cannot be trusted with what you say and what they interpret. read more

Beware of what they claim are gel nails, i received a set of acrylics and a basic gel top coat and they charged me for gel. Gel is gel, not a powder. There is no such thing as "powder gel". Extremely disappointed, no reason to do this other than to make the most profit at the lowest cost. read more
