Not only was Mike the first & only person to get back to me the same day I sent out another round of various requests for quotes, but I was all paid up & his team even finished with enough time to send me 10 pictures of my lawn BEFORE any other companies even called back. This might be a one off experience since he knew he was going to be around the area, but it left a good impression on me. The price was right, customer service was on point & they did a great job. I don't know what else you could look for in a quality company.

After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right.
