Binny's is my go-to liquor store! This Oak brook location is one of my favorites. Their prices are great, the selection is impressive, and the customer service is amazing. Occasionally, I go in knowing that I can ask questions and get really good feedback. The staff at Binny's are very knowledgeable with the products they sell. I used to just get advice whenever I had to buy wine or champagne since I don't really drink much of either. In more recent years, the employees at Binny's have helped me select anything from a craft beer to small batch bourbon. On Saturdays, they usually have a couple little tasting tables. Sometimes they host other events that promote their products. You can find details on the store website. Earlier this year, I stopped in to pick up some drinks for St. Patrick's day. It was so festive. There were bagpipers performing and there were several tasting tables that also had little tchotchke giveaways. (Yes, I had to look up the spelling of tchotchke. lol) The Jameson table gave away stickers, beaded necklaces, etc. However, with a purchase, they offered free engravings on your bottle of Jameson. The lady who did the engraving did a really nice job and even put a cute little shamrock next to the name I chose. After I turned the corner, I was greeted by a super friendly lady at the Guinness table. She was about to sell me on her products, then noticed I already had a case of Guinness in my cart. lol She had at least one other beer on the table and offered to make me a mini Blacksmith (Guinness and Smithwick's). I've had this before, but kind of forgot about it. It was actually better than I remembered, so I added the case of Smithwick's in my cart. In case you're curious, there's also another option called half and half (Guinness and Harp). We ended up chatting a little bit about the new Guinness brewery in Chicago. Then, before you know it, I'm asking if I can take a picture of her (and her table) to post on Yelp. It turns out she didn't mind at all. I hope she sees this post and remembers our fun little chat. So Cinnamon Levy, if you're out there, I dedicate this post to you! lol She's a brand ambassador for ARAS and absolutely represented them well with her dynamic personality. Oh, and I got a free Guinness glass with my purchase! Welp...now I'm thirsty.

Binny's always has friendly and helpful service! Recently, I was looking for a nice bottle of tequila, and the gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Binny's is always great. This is the second largest Binny's in IL. This location is massive with plenty of free parking. This location is near the mall but avoids all the additional congestion. I stopped here to grab a few essentials for our bar. Also hard to get mini liquor bottles in Chicago. They are not allowed to sell the mini's unless in a pack. Boo!!! Anyway I was also in need if Tequila, ginger beer and some Prosecco. I was able to replenish my bar and learn more about new products. Several tasting going on. My favorite was probably the funny water, even though the ABV is so low. Also ran into a Wine expert who recommended Livio Felluga which is a Pinot Grigio out of Italy. Snapped that photo for future purchase. Also discussed another favorite of the wine expert and she recommended Mary J Blige's Prosecco and Pinot Grigio. I grabbed a bottle of the Sun Goddes Prosecco. Bottle was very pretty and only a few bottle left. Excited to try this one with friends.

Nice display of the beers I am sampling today!! Tank 7, KC pills and Ginger Lemon Radler

Been to this location 2 times now. One of my favorites. Large stock of everything. Your normal binnys lay out. Customer service is great. Anthony G is my favorite. He's very knowledgable and super friendly and great sense of humor.

Everyone has their favorite liquor store and here is mine. I love giving back to the local stores, but their selection just can't compete with Binny's or their prices. So if you're looking to stock up on your favorite alcoholic beverages for the holidays, this is the place to go. As a previous reviewer mentioned, its very clean. The employees are incredibly helpful. I was literally asked 3 times by separate employees whether I needed help finding something. I never do, but the gesture is always nice. On a side note, make sure to ask them if the bottle you're purchasing has a holiday gift set. Nice way for people to improve their bar ware without having to spend the extra money. Some of the sets include some nice stuff. They usually also have beer promotions that can get you your choice of peanuts for only a penny with purchase.

Rain Rain Go Away. Well the rain never went away on Saturday. But that never stopped the wine lovers from coming out and showing up. It was Binny's Anniversary in Oak Brook. The place was packed. There were a few vendors that came out for the tasting. The vendors were set up throughut the store. Everyone with a Binny's Card had to check in at one of the registers to receive a nice size wine glass and wine listing of each vendor. The wine glasses wasn't yours to keep. At the end of tbe tasting all glasses had to be returned back to the front register. The experience was ok. It could of been organized and set up a little better. It was just to clutter in the aisles. There were long lines at each register with people checking out or trying to sign in for the event. I felt that the check in should of been done at the service desk only and not at the registers. It slowed down the process and created longer lines. Some people were just standing around the vendors table like it was a picnic. It delayed the tasting process. Come on now. Get a taste and move to the side. Don't hog up the wine. There was plenty for eveyone. The tasting was from 1PM until 4PM. It gave everyone a fair change to go around and savor each wine. I hope the next event for Thanksgiving will be set up a little better. Even the emoloyee's were walking around a bit confused when you asked them a question

Rushed, rude service (petite blond lady). Limited selection of less popular wine. Not much of a discount on a case of wine.

Tried a mixed flight of IPA, Pale Ale, Sour, and a Stout - all were good and unique in the genre. My absolute favorite was a full pour of the King Balaton, sour cherry with a jammy and complex taste. Balaton is a Hungarian cherry, and I once had a great wine by a Michigan wine maker with the same, so I'm gonna say the Balaton cherry should be a Midwest tradition. There were plenty of TVs showing the World Cup matches, so I could keep up with the action. I look forward to more visits, and to try their extensive beer and food menu.

I was surprised to learn that they had a gluten-free bun for me to have with their grilled chicken sandwich. The bun did not fall apart like a typical gluten-free bread sometimes does. The sandwich also had avocado and bacon on it. The coleslaw was very good. The waitress was great. Good service and happy to help me with my gluten-free options. My husband had the spinach strawberry salad, which he really enjoyed. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a pretty good crowd there. The noise level was not bad at all. There were several families there with children and it looked like they had kids meals available although I did not look on the menu.

Our server, Maddie was so fun, energetic, helpful, and very accommodating. It was a nice touch that the manager came to check on us and offered a taste test of their stouts; Eunoia Batch 21 and What Could Be 35. So good!! Phase Three Brewery Company in Elmhurst, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates unique, well-crafted beers. Their house brews paired perfectly with the food and are worth the visit on their own. I had the Day Drift, Blood Orange, Calamansi, so refreshing!! I should have ordered the 16 ounces!! The Shanghai Lumpia was delicious, crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The Duck Corn Dogs were another standout, perfectly cooked, tender and moist. The banana ketchup added a layer of flavor. I originally came for the adobo, but unfortunately they had already sold out. Instead, I ordered the Double Dip Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich, and I'm glad I did! The chicken breast was incredibly tender, juicy, and savory--absolutely delicious. To finish, I had the Ube Cheesecake. Rich, creamy, and wonderfully decadent without being overwhelming. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back for that adobo I missed and, of course, to enjoy a few more of those amazing craft beers.

The beers were excellent, and the food looked and smelled so good that we vowed to come back! We've been back twice now and loved it each time! You can't go wrong with their beers! Their flagships are solid and they always have a healthy number of experimental brews. Best of all the worlds! This time we both got IPAS and loved them all: Trail Trip, West Coast Pixel, and Swells! Trail Trip was my favorite because I prefer non-hazy. For dinner I got the double-dipped fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. YUM! Bursting with flavor and deliciousness! The spicy gochujang sauce is divine! And super filling! My husband did the OG Burger, Fries, and 10 oz beer for $15 Monday/Tuesday deal. He loved the food, drink, and the deal! The space is so clean, open, and inviting. The front dinning area is spacious enough with plenty of seating and the bar, but there is also a fantastic outdoor space. The servers will all friendly, helpful, and professional. Things can move a little slowly, but it is worth the wait! On busy weekend nights, they do have online reservations, so that can be a good way to secure a spot! Next time we are in Elmhurst, we will definitely be back. We love Phase 3!
