I saw a customer cry when the pharmacist told him how much his prescription was, and I wanted to tell him about Canada Drugs, but that is t a conversation I felt I should initiate since I was a stranger to him. At one point, Lisa told her helper "you might need to go to the bank for me." Then, after the three of us had a lengthy conversation about traffic on Hwy 19, Lisa reached into the cash register and handed me $40. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by paying me $40 for at least 23 items!! Last Spring, I took about 12 items in and she paid me $45 When I browsed through the shop, I saw one blouse with a $29 price tag on it. I went to TJ Maxx today to look for a pair of sweatpants. A young lady by the name of Jeanette…read morehappened to assist me and also helped me with finding some dog toys that I needed for my new puppies. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and she seemed to know right where everything was. She has a great personality. She was funny and she made us feel like we were part of the TJ Maxx family. She was so awesome that I decided to sign up for a credit card. That's good at not only TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods and I'm very pleased because I got a nice little discount. And come to find out on Mondays if you're a senior, you can get a 10% discount on anything you buy in the store. Jeanette was very knowledgeable and next time I go back, I will be looking for her to assist me because she's just a nice person and it's hard to find nice sales people in stores that you go to.
