I love shopping at Publix. I needed to pick up just a few items in the meat department for my dog. they were restocking. I was greeted by Associate Angel, kindly and professionally. Recently purchased a small cherry pie. Was I disappointed. The filling was a type of a jam filling, not real cherry pie. It tasted terrible. I had to throw it out. I'm also disappointed in the pastry. It's gets style very fast. Publics is going down hill very fast. I purchase certain items other stores don't have for rest of the items I go elsewhere. Also some items are priced to high. For seniors, it's not economical. read more

Every time I go they I am polite I get what I need and get out but at the order stations, ie. deli, bakery, I'm always waiting. Something that takes 5 mins they will have me waiting 15-20 mins. Usually I can rely on Publix for my groceries, however my visit on an early Monday morning left me wondering why I even came in when another grocery chain was closer to my home. More than one shelf was empty (at almost 9 am), and unfortunately no one was restocking the inventory. Multiple types of gravy were out of stock - but please don't blame Covid because as far as I know there's no nationwide run on gravy like we experienced with toilet paper. This location has had issues before, but today was the worst. Not sure if I will make this location a regular stop for groceries. PS I only needed gravy as the last ingredient for my recipe. read more

Visiting family in the area and dropped in to pick up a few things. This place has been recently renovated and is gorgeous. Fantastic beer selection and plenty of parking. If I lived in the area this is where I would shop. read more

Open again after closing last year for renovations. Beautiful new store. Love the selctions. Layout is different to most other Publix's I've visited but I enjoy the self checkout and the nice clean parking lot. read more

We order subs online so we don't have to wait in line and EVERY time it says it will be ready we go and it's at least another 25 minutes on top of that... it doesn't take a hour to make 2 subs... read more

Always have a pleasant experience at this location and today no different excellent help if needed and cashiers super nice and friendly . Today however on going to the service desk (cigarettes and lotto etc) the young blonde male made it a little less than 5 stars as he seemed to be in not such a good mood and made me feel i was an inconvenience .....i get that we all have bad days and as of late its more uncomfortable to shop with the virus around ...but up until now i have never felt like i needed to appologise for asking for something...other than that it is always 5 star service .... read more

This store has a good deli selection. No sushi, limited baked goods and I have had ONE cashier actually say "hello" to me, which is just not friendly. Other than that it's your typical publix. I find the one near Target on 19 to be much better. read more

One of the smallest Publix grocery store's. I have heard they have thought of closing it down several times due to its size. But, I believe the neighborhood likes it this way. They don't carry everything that a bigger Publix would but, they will carry the more popular items. As with all public stores the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I don't know how many times I have been asked if I needed help. Always clean and well stocked, if people haven't gone crazy and bought up all the soup and beans, LOL. Shopping there is an enjoyable experience. Since I have to use an electric scooter to get around I always talk to clerk that comes out with me to unload the groceries in my car. And it is always a pleasant conversation. read more

We just moved to the area and have visited this Publix twice the first time it was a horrible experience the staff and people were both rude. We thought maybe it was a bad day but I returned today and I had the same exact experience. Our family loves Publix because of there excellent customer service however this location has Zero. This location is so close to my house but I will drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different location. read more

They need to learn to use better measures when they are closed and need people to leave the store. Instead they follow you keep watching you and asking if you need help. A good business practice would be to announce they are closing at least 15 mins before closing. The store itself is as good as any other Publix, however they need to do some improvements on their deli department. It's happened more than once so I feel it's necessary to put it out there. When I order "thin sliced" on their website and pick it up, the sliced meat is not sliced...it is mangled. I did not order chopped turkey! It's really ridiculous and am hesitant to ever order online again. read more

do not go to this bakery unless you enjoy being told something CAN be made but they will NOT make it. my fiance tried ordering a cake for our wedding only to be told by the bakery manager that they could make a old fashioned 3 tier cake with whipped topping but they will not make it even though the 500$ price tag was fine but due to their lack of want they wont make it! what do you mean you can make somethig but wont? I personally feel maybe the public should reply with well we CAN shop at your stores but WONT and maybe then they will actually care about the customers. i hope publix goes bankrupt! read more
