I took 23-25 high quality items in. A couple of them had only been worn once. Lisa and her coworker kept talking to me while Lisa took everything off of the hangers. At one point, Lisa told her helper "you might need to go to the bank for me." Then, after the three of us had a lengthy conversation about traffic on Hwy 19, Lisa reached into the cash register and handed me $40. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by paying me $40 for at least 23 items!! Last Spring, I took about 12 items in and she paid me $45 When I browsed through the shop, I saw one blouse with a $29 price tag on it. I wish I had kept my items and donated them to my church thrift store. I will not go back, and I do not recommend the resale shop to anyone. read more

I love the adorable proprietor and her incredible selection of clothing for all! The music is always great, and we can all sing along! I always wanna stay longer than I can. With friends like this who needs enemies? I debated on if I was going to place a review and after thinking it over I have decided to so as a caution to anyone going in to purchase or sell items. I took home and nicer jewelry items to the other vendor in the store. She asked if I would mind leaving the items for her to go through and she would call me. This was Friday, so by Wednesday when i had not heard from her I stopped by the store. She couldn't find the list of items she wanted to keep but informed me she could only give me $40. I was taken aback bc i could clearly see several items already in cases or on display to be sold. She refused even though she had already sold some of my items before clearing with me. I was so stressed with Nursing school finals and a sick dog I just accepted. Lesson learned on my part. Once home and taking inventory of items she kept I was shocked. At least 5 sterling silver pieces that, if she were honest & trustworthy i should have been given at least $10 min. bc she can sell for $20 & up. Not to mention 5-6 books, 6 wall decor items and other miscellaneous. I would have been better off going to a pawn shop. So for all of you who shop there know that both the owner & vendor are not paying fairly for items and then marking them up for the buyer. Do not feel sorry for them when they poor mouth about how much they will make bc it's untrue. Also, DO NOT leave your items there for either person to go through and make sure you have an itemized receipt of what they took and paid for. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF ON THE DONATION SIDE. I dropped off a lot of expensive, upscale clothes there - J Crew, Talbots, Patagonia, etc. I told the owner that I did NOT want to donate them, but wanted to sell them to her. She told me to call her in a few days if I hadn't heard from her, as she gets busy. I waited a week and then called her. She did not call back, but instead texted me saying she "thought" I wanted to donate the clothes, and she gave them all away to a church! She stated that she couldn't "use" any of them. Really???? Brands like those in very good to excellent condition?! I texted her back and left a phone message, but of course, she never had the courage or the kindness to return my call. read more

The owner is super sweet, friendly and always has treats out when I visit. Even if you're not looking for an item this place is fun to check out. She also has sales on every holiday weekend and a texting system to remind you (optional). I have always found the clothing here to be in good condition. Recent experience with owner . . . NOT GOOD! Treated rudely, unprofessional business practice, not compensated for clothing I had dropped off 2 times. Owner removes any negative reviews and I'm sure she will find a way to remove this one. I have made many purchases at her consignment shop and am now wondering if the seller of these purchased clothes was also not compensated, this is not good business. She did not have record of my clothing drop offs and told me that I was compensated with cash, nope nope nope. SELLER beware, BUYER beware! Clothes are nice but wow . . . not sure I feel comfortable with the ones I purchased now, not to mention how rudely I was treated. read more

Prom is coming up and I couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars on my daughter's dress. Found this shop on Yelp. She not only found a dress but some shorts, a shirt, a dress for graduation and earrings. Lisa, the charming owner, offered a slew of discounts so the dress was even less than marked. There are plenty of items for women and teens. My daughter and I definitely plan to stop back in. Highly recommend. read more
