We own a Post and Beam home that did not have ceiling joists for the crew to use. They remedied that problem easily and removed all the fiberglass insulation and feces. My day…read morestarted with a small sewage explosion that splashed the plumber (YUCK!) and seeped all over my basement. Sadie arrived around 6pm on a Friday night. She took pictures and video, assessed the extent of the muck, and told me she would get back to me soon. By 8:15pm, she'd emailed the estimate, and boom! I was on her schedule. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own.
