I live in a raised ranch with no access to the attic. 60 years of junk (45 of my grandmother's and 15 years of mine) had accumulated and I have not had a basement to use. I contacted Brett at Trash Wizard to set up an estimate and went on to hire his company. After a brief miscommunication, Brett and his team came through and cleaned out our basement and garage. We had 4.5 loads worth of trash to be removed. I had a 60 year old fridge, washer, dryer, paint cans, clothes, couch, chairs, lawn mower, snow blower, gas cans and mattresses. On the day of the job they arrived on time, and got right to work. They checked to make sure on the items I wanted cleared out, and if there were questions they asked. They came back a second day to finish the job. I was not home this day. I had told them that there was a particular space that I wanted everything cleaned out of. They truly did an awesome job. They removed the rugs (which I hadn't mentioned, but was so glad they went) and books from a bookcase. Not only had they done all this, but they also swept the area. The two guys who did the job were so polite and worked hard. I am so glad I went with this company. I found them through Angie's List and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. When it was time to pay (after the job was complete), they had removed more than what was estimated. Brett only charged what he had quoted and no more. I am thrilled to have found Trash Wizards. I needed to clear out my father's house -- he lived there for over 50 years and there was 50 years worth of STUFF in every corner of the house. I got a quote from Brett by emailing a bunch of photos of the various rooms. He stuck to that quote even though the job was bigger than he had envisioned. He was extremely professional and really a pleasure to work with. I worked completely by email, text and phone but at the end of the job he emailed me about a dozen photos of a "broom swept" house. It was hard to imagine that was my dad's house. He even apologized at the end for not being able to clear a couple of boards that were frozen to the ground under the back deck! The level of customer service was head and shoulders above almost any other experience that comes to mind. I also asked where he brought the junk. Because the house was in Marlborough, he brought it to a state of the art trash processing plant in the Westborough (I think). Im writing this review within the hour of Trash Wizard helping us remove bulk of our furniture. All throughout my interaction with Brett, Brooke and Shaun, they were all super professional and helpful. They squeezed us in between two big jobs today and were perfectly on time all the while being through in their communication via phone / text. Had a mess of home demolition materials and other assorted junk that needed removing quickly and as affordably as possible; my options were to rent a dumpster or a removal service. Trash wizard did the job for a great deal cheaper than the dumpster alternative as well as other removal services I've hired in the past, did a thorough job (even took care of the leafy mess the wind had mingled into the junk pile), were fast, and a pleasure to work with. On a side note, after requesting their services via their website, I was able to work out a ballpark price quote and schedule the pickup entirely via text, which was great in my case as I work in a loud machine shop and phone calls are near impossible; couldn't have hoped for a better experience all around. They were fantasic. I sent a free estimate online and 5 minutes later they called me. We set up a time for the next day for an estimate. They showed up on time and we did a walk through of what needed to go and I was quoted a great price so I said lets do it... They started right then and there. I had 4 TV, Radio, 3 couches and a whole lot more junk. It took about an hour and half and they filled the truck. I campared their prices to 1-800 JUNK and Trash Wizard is so much cheaper with no hidden fees. 1-800 JUNK would of charged me extra for the TV AC and Couches. My wife was sick of all the junk behind the shed in the backyard for a few years now. So I gathered up an old lawnmower, some broken lawn chairs, old bicycle, car tires,etc. Then I cleaned out all the junk in the shed. I then put all the junk in pile in my garage took a picture and sent it to Brett. Within minutes he quoted me a price and asked when a good time was to come by and pick it up. Fantastic service - they showed up exactly when they said they would and were VERY QUICK. We did a walk through and i had a piano and other random things (almost a truckload) to be removed. Only took 45 minutes or so and cost only $300. Very worth their services. Next time we move, we will definitely call them to have other stuff removed. We had such a great experience with Trash Wizard - from their quick response when I first contacted them to when they hauled everything away. We didn't have to wait at all, they actually showed up early. The two men who came were very friendly and professional. They removed a couch for us at a reasonable price and moved a love seat into another room free of charge. I was really impressed with Brett and Trash Wizard. I needed to get rid of an old and really heavy sleeper sofa/loveseat and one of those old tube tv's. I booked an estimate online from their website and had a phone call not too long after. The price was good and I received a window of between 11 and Noon the next day. I went outside at 11 to move my car and was surprised to see Brett driving down the road in his big truck. 5 minutes later the tv and loveseat were gone. Trash Wizard is an awesome junk removal service! I texted the owner a picture of all the junk in my garage and he got back to me within 2 mins with a quote. They set up an appt for 2 days later and were promptly on time. It took about 35-40 minutes to clean out my entire garage (with all the junk we acquired from moving in a year ago).
