After a couple of days without knowing if my information was received because I didn't get back a receipt that email was read I stopped in the office to verify that everything was received plus my Quickbooks admin invite. After leaving a day later I get this from Ken Jorge, this is a very busy office and we line our work out accordingly. We check our emails the following day. It would be unfair to the clients that we're currently working on to depart our attention to emails when we should be working on their work. I'm going to review the information I have and make sure I give you a price and you're okay with it before we accept the invite and then we can talk about time frames to make sure you're okay with the time frames that we would have to operate under. Ken After several emails going back in forth and not knowing if my information was looked over nor price for his services I get this email. No one cares about small business more than we do. We have created hundreds of testimonials. You will never find the resume/fee we offer. I have looked at your financials. You do need help on many different levels. I was merely responding on my holiday that we receive clients confidential information on a daily basis and I protect that information at Great expense. However, we do not have the time to respond to each email when received which is what I was trying to communicate to you. Based on your response, I will be frank and let you know that I don't think we would be a good fit for each other. I you would like to speak to me personally, please call me Tuesday after 11am. Ken All I wanted to know if my sensitive information was received and hire a local business to take care of my needs. I think he does care about his clients who pay lots of money and not small business as he stated. If you are a small business do not waste your time and look for someone else. I have never made a review personally or as a business owner. He fired the client before becoming a client. I am shocked and left speechless.

We had reports from the…read moreneighbors upon move in that Transfer Pump Alarm for our raised drain field was periodically sounding. We notified the builder who stated that Lee Kirk & Sons Septic, LLC had installed the system. 12/7/23: I called Lee Kirk & Sons. Mike Kirk answered. I told him that a pipe was leaking on the field and my alarm had been sounding incessantly over the weekend according to my neighbors. Mike and Dustin (his son and co-owner) came out and fixed the pipe and looked inside the tanks and alarm box. 1/28/24: I texted Mike notifying him that alarm was still sounding periodically and maybe he could come out next week and check it out? No response! 7/6/24: I texted Mike to let him know that there was a leak in the drain field piping again. 7/16/24: Mike & Dustin came out and repaired the leak. Dustin told me he would silence the alarm. Mike explained what he believed to be the cause of the hydraulic overload of the drain field and said that he would schedule replacement in the fall when the rains have stopped and the ground dried up. 7/17/24: I texted Mike to tell him that evidently Dustin did not get the alarm wire disconnected as the alarm sounded again. No response! 9/9/24: Mike responded that he would come out today. No response! NO SHOW! 12/18/24: I texted Mike that I wanted to get a date for this replacement drain field as he said this he would do it in the fall and it was now winter! Mike said he would get with me right after the holidays and get it fixed up. 1/10/25: We met. Mike explained he 'might?' be able to utilize the original permit and he would just build the new drain field 'on top' of the failed drain field. Not knowing the trade and not feeling comfortable with Mike's "we can just put a new drain field over the old one," I decided to do some research. I was directed to the Polk County Department of Health. I called the DOH when they opened Monday morning and spoke to their septic inspector! He stated that a permit would need to be applied for, a soil percolation test would need to be performed and DEFINITELY the existing drain field would need to be removed PRIOR to installing the replacement drain field! 1/13/25: I texted Mike and referenced DOH requirements. Mike responded that he just got off the phone with the Department of Health and that he applied for a permit that day! 3/21/25: Mike texted me he would be starting today! His helper, Caleb noticed the wiring on the alarm box did not have the required pigtail connection required between the transfer pump and the alarm and asked Mike if the contractor wired the system. Mike replied, "We wired it!" 3/31/25: Project completed but sprinkler pipes were damaged. Caleb assured us they would be repaired. 4/1/25: I texted photos to Mike which showed that there were at least three areas where either waste effluent was leaking or sprinkler water? I asked to have Caleb come out to investigate and repair. Mike responded: It doesn't look like waste water; the sprinkler line must have a crack in it. I responded, "Ok, when can we expect the repairs to be completed?" Mike incredulously responded: "Feel free to dig it up and investigate by turning them on." I replied it was not my responsibility to investigate. 4/11/25: Someone, (I wasn't home) came by in the morning and tried their best to repair the sprinklers? I came home, saw the dirt, cycled the sprinklers and saw that I now had two holes leaking dirt and water instead of three! I videoed and texted Mike Kirk and stated that apparently, sprinkler repair was not in his wheelhouse and that I would take care of the repairs! I also let Mike know that I would be sure to let others know what to expect when they reach out to Lee Kirk & Sons for any services! 60 years of service, 4 generations of family and DESPITE both Mike and Dustin having inspected the alarm box with ALL of its ALARMS for the past 15 MONTHS - it's Caleb; a helper, who notices that it is wired wrong! As a result, the transfer pump had been running constantly emptying the transfer tank effluent into the drain field which ultimately (with the help of rain water runoff) caused the hydraulic overload that Mike Kirk determined was the problem in early 2024 and ultimately resulted in damage to the existing transfer tank! 15 months for Lee Kirk & Sons to honor their warranty! Poor communication and a frequent lack of response to my repeated inquiries leads me to be of the opinion that had I not been a "squeaky wheel," this job would still be on the back burner!

It took 4 attempts via email, web form, and phone call over a 2 week period back in July to get a call back to set up an appointment. July 12 I had a tech from this company here to pump my tank, 1.5 weeks after that I started having drainage issues 9or perhaps the tank was never emptied and filter not cleaned) and since they had just been here and the tech gave me no indication I was having issues nor did he leave any paperwork, I called a plumber to check for main drain blockages, which he claims he didn't find any. So, I called and texted Lee Kirk and Son's phone number asking for someone to call me to discuss the service I had done that day to see if there was anything important that was discovered but not relayed to me or to come back out and it has now been 26 days since that call and text and still NO response. This is a terrible way to run a business. I

Seems this company has…read morerecommended to a number of customers with Lennox systems that they install a temporary fan motor to fix problem, as permanent fan motors are on back order or parts are hard to come by. So they charge about $480 to install a temp fan motor PLUS charge $100 for a deposit on a permanent fan motor, then a few months later come back and charge another $450+ to install a permanent fan motor. If this company does this to several home homeowners with Lennox systems, obviously there is some kind of racket going on and customers getting ripped off OR Lennox is selling new defective air conditioners. I will NEVER buy another Lennox ac and will NEVER use this company again. Strange too that this company refuses to give itemized invoices for work performed so you basically have to guess what services you are being charged for.
