The tech (Tim) who came out to do the service was super friendly/helpful, and it just seemed like he really cared and took pride in his work. Following each service, I receive an email telling me the service was done, including photos of the pool before/after and photos of the empty skimmer baskets. He also gave me excellent advice that perhaps the hot tub wasn't a good idea for a short-term rental. Keep in mind that the company would have been able to charge me more for maintaining the hot tub, but nevertheless Tim still gave me the advice. Perhaps the ownership has changed, or perhaps the owner took a good hard look at their reviews and made some changes. Regardless, this company is HIGHLY recommended.
