Buyer beware - Hired them for mosquito control, they never disclosed they were only tick control. Called to ask why the bill states only tick control and could not get a straight answer. Cancelled the service, then got billed for another treatment that was never done. Spoke with them on the phone and have written back multi times yet they continue to bill me for a service never rendered. They now say they are sending to collections. I will not pay for service not given and do not appreciate the terrible customer service. read more

I have had Bio Spray treating my yard since we move into our house, back the (4 yeas ago) we did not have a fence, they came did an estimate, to spray the yard until the edge of the grass in the back and just spray from the grass to the wooden area in the back as far as the hose could reach, then we put the fence not all the way to the end so they would come and spray the grass outside the fenced area just like before, I recommended them to neighbors and they agreed to spray 4 houses at the same time, all happy at the beginning, then they stared not to show up and I had to call all the time asking when they would show come, and they coincidentally would say "oh you are schedule for tomorrow" then I planted one apple tree and for small blueberry bushes so I ask if they could not spray those, well every time other than a tech called Michael would show up they would spray the trees, and don't dare to complain because that guy called Keith won't let you talk and rudely ask you not to interrupt him and if you tell him to let you finish he would say "i'm going to end this call and we will see you "Monday" (the day f the appointment. so Michael stop coming and instead they started sending this guy called Paul, he refused to go past the fence, he sprayed the property in less than three minutes so mosquitos we back within a week. so they had to come back, Keith called today to let me know they were coming Monday and I asked if it could be mike, and when I started the first sentence to explain why, he stoped me and started saying we always had same issues, and asked me to let him talk and I said "you let me finish explain why I want Michael to come and not Paul, he said, same thing again, "im going to end this call right now and we would talk at the visit, I said "then don't come", I called back the President answer "Dennis Hayward" answered I said I wanted to tell him the experience I had, and he cut me and started with the same attitude, and I said, if you don't want my business I can go somewhere else, he said "I think it is better we break ties, and I reply then good I can get someone better and hanged up. the story is way longer than that trust me! read more

Do yourself a favor, save your money and skip these guys! If I could have given them a half star I would have. We have always used a different vendor. But when the tech we loved left, the lawn became somewhat stressed. We contacted Biospray about a year and a half ago, and the relationship started out well. But when we began to point out trouble spots and asked that special attention be given to those areas, the push back began. We've talked to the office several times. Keith just loves to hear himself talk, condescending and has every excuse in the book. There's no consistency with the techs, a different guy every time. They treat the lawn once or twice, and then wait till it's too late in the season to correct issues. Had an incredibly rude tech show up the other day, said there was "nothing we can do" about crabgrass! What? Call the office again, Keith decided to "suspend" our account! Good riddance good for nothing BioSpray. Terrible customer service, even worse lawn care. Spare yourself the aggravation, time and money. read more

We had a similar experience as the reviewer below. We signed up for the yearly contract to have our lawn treated along with weed control. They showed up very late in the season (June!!) and were surprised at the growth of weeds and said "I guess we should have came out sooner". They sprayed and we didn't see them again until we had to call repeatedly and complain the weeds were back. They blamed the weeds on the weather. It's my expectation if you sign up for a yearly contract they could at least do a drive by (less than 1 mile to our house) and see how the lawn is doing and be proactive. Do NOT use this company. For the last 3 years I have used them to treat my lawn. The first year they were great, came when they were supposed to, no problems. Second year they came in early spring then not again until late summer. When I finally called they did 3 treatments in 6 weeks, mostly so they could charge me for them because at that point it was too late for those treatments. This year I spoke with the owner who assured me everything would go on as scheduled. They came in the early spring and I have not seen them since. When I called a couple of weeks ago they said they would be right out. I said no. Subsequently I received an invoice for the one treatment, and a week later they had the unmitigated NERVE to call and ask when they would get their money. I waited all summer and they can't wait a week. Unbelievable. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. read more

we have used bio-spray for at least the past 5 years and have been completely happy with our relationship. we have used them for the annual lawn treatments to include fertilizer, insect treatment and weed control. we have used them for mosquito, tick control stinkbug control, etc. we are glad to find and use a company of this caliber. read more

Last fall, they were ok. If you have Leigh working on your lawn, you're in good hands. I wouldn't give a warm bucket of spit for the rest of them. This spring I had an appointment for 9:00 - 9:30. I cleared my work schedule and made arrangements to stay home, and Bio-Spray never showed up. It wasn't until later that I found out that they showed up at 10:45, and I also discovered that they 'treated' areas around my home that I had previously specified to be NOT treated. They wouldn't tell me what they put on my lawn, they just billed me for a 'lawn treatment'. I would never do business with them again. Can't keep appointments, and don't call unless they want to sell you another 'treatment'. read more
