Within an hour the owner had called me back, set up a time to come by our house to look at our place to give us a quote for the job. Within two days I was emailed a detailed pdf with a complete breakdown of the estimate. After the job was booked, they came out to the house within a week and understood having to deal with my three recue dogs that have problems around strangers and my two indoor cats. He was in and out quickly, completely going through the house, attic, basement, garage and yard and they used pet friendly products products, which were important for us. I called Pest Control for a mice problem I thought I might have. Scott was at my house in just a couple of days and treated the problem quickly and very affordably. He discovered evidence of mice in the attached garage and set up many traps. He also set up bait stations inside the garage, house and large bait stations outside the house. GREAT SERVICE!!! I had Scot from Identify Pest Control come out to my home for a Moth issue that we were having in the kitchen and pantry. I called and they actually came out the same day, was able to help me identify where they were coming from, and treated the kitchen right there and then. While doing the inspection I mentioned that I did see a couple tiny mice around during the winter and low and behold he was able to find there they were spending a lot of time and treated that as well.
