I've had a chronic exhaustion condition for several years and mainstream medicine hasn't been any help so I figured why not give it a try. After finding parking and coming into my first appointment I was impressed with my entire experience there. To be honest it's not the fanciest of places but you could tell everything was kept very clean and sanitary in the office. Dr Noonan(Rose) was very patient during the process of going over my medical history and very open minded about my experiences with my condition. After an examination she was able to confidently come up with a treatment plan composed of accupuncture and something called cupping. Honestly I had expected there to be some pain and discomfort through the process but I didn't feel anything more than a flick of a finger against my skin. Couldn't feel the needle at all! Also the cupping was really surprisingly therapeutic and helped loosen up some locked muscle groups. The part that really blew me away was the day after the appointment. I had a little soreness but I had enough energy to do things that I haven't been able to do in a long time, and it's only been improving since. After a couple days the soreness was completely gone and I'm doing better. I've set up a regular appointment schedule at this point and I am really looking forward to continued improvement. The session was painless and quite relaxing, and I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I suffer from terrible mood swings and general lack of energy, and seeing Dr. Noonan has changed me for the better. The herbal medicine and acupuncture sessions have greatly lessened my mood swings and I feel much more energized. I can't recommend Oriental Rose highly enough. I was placed in a room and was told what was going to be done. Since I had nerve issues the pins were put into my shoulders arm and hands. I was left in a room and was checked on every 15 to 20 minutes. Each session lasted up to 45 minutes. I was told my sessions were exhausted. It went pretty quick. Did it help? Not too much for my tingling and numbness but it was worth a try. I was glad to have the experience of acupuncture but it may help more for pain. I would suggest giving it a try but make no guarantees but every case may be different.

My physical therapist and care provider agreed this would be helpful for me as well. I can recommend Dr. Kong because of my own experience. Within 1-2 sessions my knee felt better. I also have had cupping for my upper and lower back pain which resolved with cupping the day of the session. He also will use a Chinese infrared heat lamp concurrently in my session along with the acupuncture which has been very helpful to relieve pain as well. He will use as many acupuncture sites, or modalities such as using cupping as well as the heat lamp if necessary I have found within the same session. This is a bonus I think. I have found that for me that his acupuncture treatments also help to relieve insomnia, constipation, fatigue, and anxiety. He is so patient, answers all my questions and I always feel that he understands what relief I need. I have gone to see him over the years for multiple issues and have felt better over time. Regular routine treatments with him I feel have helped improve my general health. I will continue to be a patient of his. He makes the room very comfortable for me as I am often on the cold side.
