I normally have a great donation but this time was not good. I was In White at about 1pm, took nurse 3 pokes then had to call another on to hook me up. Donation went as planned until saline injection was not in vein! I had my hand raised for several minutes and even saw a man( possibly superior)scan room and still didn't see my hand WAVING. Developing a large hematoma and painful. Lady a cross from me was shaking her head In disbelief. Guy nurse was very concerned, female came over and shrugged it off and and said next time I have to scream help! usually someone is constantly standing by watching people. I was a customer that was going 2 twice a week no problems than my promotion ran out and I tried to inquire about what happens next, we'll I was told oh don't worry we can help you when come donate again. well my pay went down to half of what I was gettin and I was up happy wrote a review. next time I came in to donate I was stopped and escorted into a office. manager tells me that the review I wrote really hurt BioLife and then tells me he believes I'm homeless and will no longer be able to donate. first I'm not homeless and I meant every word I wrote in the review . so I got kicked out of BioLife because I have them an honest review was than treated horribly. so to EveTyrone don't go to BioLife they are rude, unprofessional and they lie . read more

If i could leave zero stars i would. First visit, 3 hours later the imbecile 'nurse' didn't know if i could donate because in allergic to cockroaches. Which they knew in the first 10 minutes of answering questions. Then the fool tells me in an email a well and a half later that I'm eligible to donate. So i make another appointment out of my life. I give them another 4 hours of my life. Another physical down. The place closes at 5. Since they took so long if have to come back. I was told by this nurse, who's differently from the first, that not only did she not understand why i wasn't allowed to donate the time previously but that she was sorry if had to wait an hour longer then I'd told you'll be there in total when i still hadn't donated. She apologized and said the only upside was since it's never donated i got to skip the line and get right to the front as long as i came back within 7 days of the final physical. First of all i only have a day off in a Blu moon so I've already scheduled 2 around this hole now i have to specificity alot another in less then a week. So i did. Scheduled an appointment. Showed up early. Was told i had a3 hour wait by the same fuktard 'nurse' that thought i couldn't donate due to allergy. As of now I've spent over 10 hours dickin with these people and never donated nor recieved compensation for my time or their stupidity. This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional and it takes hours! Some of the staff are very nice, while others are completely rude and have a massive attitudes! The one old white nurse is the one you have to watch out for, because she will either pass you or not depending on how she feels. read more

I drove almost an hour just to be insulted by the staff here. As a first time donor and someone with severe anxiety you could say I was a bit nervous for this appointment. When I walked through the door, the women who greeted me spoke so softly I could hardly understand her. She became short with me when I took a minute to answer her. After waiting for quite a while I was called back to start having my pre donation tests run. All was well, except that my heart rate was a bit high. I expressed that it was just my anxiety and I had donated several times before at other places. I was told to wait for 15 minutes to try again. I felt much calmer, until she started asking me unrelated questions before running the test again. My rate was still a bit high. She then asked if I was on medication for my anxiety, to which I said yes. She then stated that I should be taking it every day. It was very unprofessional of her to not only give me medical advice, but to also insinuate that I don't take my medication. I will not be back. read more

Wait time is too long and everyone seems disorganized. This happens more often than usual

I am a longtime donor. I used to enjoy going to give Plasma, but not anymore. it is so nerve wracking. I make an appointment and every single time, I have to STAND in a long line to donate. I am on my feet all day. the last thing I want is to stand for another hour or more! Then just as I get up there and really look forward to getting off my feet for a while, they stick a new donor in front of the line because " they had to be there a long time" sometimes I have actually been there longer standing in line. I have actually left because I just didn't want to stand in line for hours after doing that all day! if they are going to make us wait in line like that, at least provide places to sit down! then the poor techs are overworked and sometimes have attitudes. I know they are short staffed but they need to do something other than making people stand in lines for hours. Also provide more coupons for long time donors. we are the ones that keep coming back and we don't get very many coupons. read more

I love this facility. It's super clean. The staff is unbelievably awesome. Anyone who wants to donate for financial as well as for a cause, it's a great place to do so. The first appointment is the longest and will feel like a drag, but that's the way the process goes. The first appointment could take up to 2-3 hours. So please be patient with the staff. The following visits are 1-2 hour depending on how busy they are. read more

Horrible service. I made an appointment on line. As soon as I walked in they expected me to know what I was suppose to do. Two females were very rude & made snarky remarks. My review is cumulative over the last 7 months. The techs here are over worked and it shows (with the exception of a select few) in their attitudes. On average the wait time to get seated and hooked up is 2+ hours. During this wait you cannot leave the building whatsoever or you will not be allowed to donate. You literally have to wait in a very long, very slow moving line. My average time once I get hooked up is only 34 minutes from start to finish. I have tried every day of the week and multiple different time slots throughout the day. Unless you are one of the first 12 for the entire day, you will be there several hours guaranteed. The reason I am now writing a review is because Biolife recently doubled the donors they are taking per each time slot. Doubled! My two hour wait will now be a four hour wait ( This is where I will draw the line and will NOT come back) Several staff members have voiced their concerns to management as well as corporate but are being ignored. There was not enough staff to handle the every 5 minute donor appoints as it was, much less now two donors every 5 minutes! This is corporate greed at its finest. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the place is clean. read more

I genuinely enjoy donating plasma at this location. It's nice and clean, new equipment, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you are trying to decided which plasma center to donate at, I highly recommend this one. I've been to locations that are really skeevy and shady, but Biolife is nothing like this. I've never had to wait in line and there are plenty of phlombs on staff to cater to all the doners. My experiences here have been, dare I say, FUN! read more
