There is equipment the surgeon can have ready to deal with a floppy iris, but, as Bolling himself said, it isn't cost effective. So disregard claims of "state of the art" equipment. Furthermore, at my day after surgery appointment Bolling's first words were, "You're right on target." It was only after I said I couldn't see much with my right eye that he explained the floppy iris. Bolling then told me that he could perform laser surgery to "clean up" what he was unable to finish in the original surgery. I paid $268 out of pocket (and I suppose my insurance paid a lot more) but the laser surgery did no good. He then explained that when I got my glasses it would be much better. And, he would give them to me at his cost. I still had to pay $348 out of pocket and the glasses do no good. I have a cataract in my left eye but Bolling will not touch it.

I've taken my fearful daughter here for a flu shot and so much kindness came flowing from the staff to calm her. It was not an easy day. But the staff at UC pharmacy truly care about each of their clients, and this is not an overstatement. I drive from out of state to use this pharmacy simply because they take that good of care of me. If you're still with a box pharmacy and you live in Michiana, make the switch, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

My son has special medical conditions that warrant constant oversight and visits to the doctor and they always try to help me out even on short notice. They are very parent-centered in care and allow parents to make choices about medical care without coercion or fear tactics. I love this practice. I am over half an hour away since moving and I would never ever consider moving elsewhere. I have also had good experiences with the nurses and a few of the other practitioners when our NP was unavailable. I have a lot of friends that go here as well and I don't know anyone that has had a bad experience with the medical care received.

All concerns to this office have been brushed off as overly protective parent but it has not been the case after child ended up in emergency and needing specialist on a few occasions.

They keep saying, "sorry", but that it could not be helped. Then what was their mistake that the State of Michigan had to shut them down? My guess is that they were understaffed. When I visited, there were times that there was no nurse, but only "Tech's" on duty in the memory care area. Brentwood messed up but refuses to admit it. Sorry, you and those who talked me into bringing Mom there are getting a break by a "one star" rating.

It's beyond comprehension to find the love that was exhibited to Linda and I from the Elkhart General Hospital ICU staff, the Indiana University Medical center ICU staff and all their wonderful people from the valet parking to the 6th floor. These are incredible loving people. Linda loved every one of them. She had special names for all of her caregivers, she loved them so much. A special, special, special thanks to our ever so loving church friends that stood by Linda in her time of need and me in my time of sorrow. Your love is beyond belief. I had been considering donating plasma for several months but did not have any idea what to expect…read more I went to another plasma center in town and turned and walked (ran) out after seeing 2 people fist fighting in the lobby and the staff basically ignoring it. When I came to Biomat I was greeted by friendly faces, a clean building and professional environment. The nurse Kris who I talked to was so friendly and nice to everyone she dealt with. Linda was also really nice. Glad I didn't give up after the first center, Whole different vibe. Plan on going regularly.
