Much cleaner than a couple of other donation centers I have used that were run by other companies. Friendly staff. No long lines, no ridiculous wait times for getting in to make a donation. Only thing I can think of that needs attention is that the center staff needs to be paying more attention to how people are wearing their masks. At my donation yesterday I watched a donor come in with their mask under their chin, both mouth and nose exposed. They just stood there waiting to be called to make their donation. When they were called the person who leads people to where they will lie down to make their donation was completely oblivious to the guys mouth and nose being totally exposed and brought him into the area where we were already donating. On my visit prior to that, while I donated, I noted six donors wearing their masks below their nose that I could see from my vantage point. There may have been others. When a staff member came to check on my progress I mentioned it, she went around telling them to pull their masks up over their nose. I know the staff works hard all day managing all the donations as they occur but we shouldn't have to point out the obvious. read more

I'm not sure what's going on at this GRIFOLS-Biomat location but the customer service has gone south suddenly. I'm not new to this group and I can confirm there's been a shift in the past few months. The management is micro managing the employees and they have become robotic, inefficient and RUDE. From the front staff to management something's gone south! Management walks around like they are Gods making smirky reprimands to staff right in front of clients. That's me. I'm the client and I'm about 10 seconds from walking away and never returning. In addition to the negative environment I've experienced, I recently noticed staff/phlebotomist's with 1-1.5 inch fake nails. This is just gross. I don't want someone who wipes their butt with fake nails that could easily break the protective gloves exposing my blood stream to the disgusting crap hiding under their fake nails. How is this even allowed? Studies show that human nails are an incubator for germs and viruses. Add the fakes that trap more and you have a breeding ground for bacteria. You people need to rethink your management choices and heads need to roll. You are overwhelming your staff while the management are basically worthless and not only NOT contributing to the basic flow of business but are a huge detriment. DO BETTER! read more

Don't come here! Your vehicle will get damaged on the property and they won't fix it for you or help in any way. The rude "manager" needs to be fired for how she speaks to people. She will hang up on you and she needs to be held accountable. read more

Negative, I don't do these unless it is a very bad experience! I got of 30 minutes early, Friday 2/22/23 afternoon (5:30, Temporarily assignment due to Holidays) drove from Frisco Tx, to Garland Texas! Got there 6:20pm, after I walked in it took them 10 minutes to get around to tell me if I switch to donate there I was locked in to this location for SIX months, I donate at a closer location close to my home and other job location! Absolutely not, never heard of such customer carelessness! I explained it would happen once out of convenience! No exemptions, no apologies, nothing, outrageous conduct! Never, returning even if the last place in the world! I rushed,,,,, to the Dallas location, walked in as they were locking doors! Explained to them why my blood pressure might be elevated! They politely explained they have never heard such type of policy or behavior ! read more

Came here at 9 am was told there was a six hour wait. The lady up front had a very weird attitude

the manager (meosha s nash) at the garland texas location needs to be fired for hanging up on people. my boyfriend's vehicle was damaged on the property after donating and they will not help in any way or pay for the shattered window due to the lawn care that was hired. the damage is over 200 dollars and we need help now! i will get my following to write bad reviews and i will post about this on tiktok if this doesnt get resolved. read more

Yes so I stood in line outside of business for 30 minutes too open. I am a platuim card doner n the lady tells me after I do kiosk questions that I can't skip the line anymore. I thought that was perk in becoming a platuim doner well now I don't feel very vip ish.... at all. Why do you tell people one thing n do another how sad n pathetic is that. This ppl here need too understand there own program n how to run it properly cause now it's very inefficient once again. Why fake advertise. negative stars if I could . Bad costumer service, they all have attitudes and are very rude especially the younger girls. They have you waiting for long periods of time just to keep putting you on hold once again to clean the chairs that have been already cleaned off. They will not go to you to set you up unless you've complained already and when they do finally set up they are annoyed. will not ask is anything is wrong will walk right past you even if your machine of going off. the worst plasma donation place and if you don' t believe they are always changing staff and managers due to so many complaints. last time donating at this dirty and rude place. read more

I recommend that everyone should come and donate at this center if they're wondering which donation center would benefit them the most. They have an outstanding team of employers that works to not only provide us with a welcomed donation but also gives each donor their upmost respect and looks forward to seeing them walking out satisfied and with a cheerful smile. After 8 months of coming almost twice a week I have to say they are still top notch. They truly care about their donors and their health and safety! Such a great, clean well run facility. The employees all seem to enjoy their jobs as well, which speaks volumes to management! Keep be up the good work Grifols!! I'm still never going to another donation center! read more

Wow, this place is amazing. People are always so friendly and helpful. The center is clean and you never have to ask them to change their gloves :). Fast service, nice people. You get paid immediately after donated with direct deposit which is super convenient.

It's a really comfortable,nice place with nice people.well still is except for two young women there who were on floor talking,cussing,even said n word.very unprofessional.the one who stuck needle in my arm was moving the needle around and I aid vein is straight up.she didn't even apologize or speak one word to me.overall everyone else was so nice and I thank them for that. read more

Normally in donor centers it isnt so casual to ignore donors and talk as though there isnt a customer base to serve. It is very odd to see a donor location run that way. Usually intake is more centered around getting a customer in and out in at least 2 hours but for it to take 2 hours just to be seated is ridiculous. Im a very patient person but it crossed the line when one of the stickers told me that i was annoying after being put after at least 3 to four people ironically of that stickers race. I am a hardworking and hot blooded american and i did not deserve that treatment. read more

It's always some kinda run around with this place. I took a Protein test like 6 days ago. They told me the results should be beach within 5 to 7 business days. I called today which was 6 days later for the results....and NOW THEY say it'll be another week before they get my results. Such an inconvenience. I haven't been able to donate is a whole month. Smh. No thx to the center abruptly notifying me that my protein was low. read more

Update: one of the managers reached out to me which made me feel better about the situation so I decided to come back and try again. This experience was a good one. Everyone was friendly and professional even the ones I could tell were aware of my previous complaint. And it didnt seem fake. They were genuinely warm and welcoming. i went to this location few weeks ago for the first time. the staff at door were very nice and helpful. there is a person however by the name of autumn who i would like to show my great appriciation for she took my blood pressure and screening and also was the person to assist me in the back she is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable wish i could have her help me every time, i did go back well i tried to but was not able to be seen this time the visit was not so smooth i didnt get to donate and idk the person that assisted me was very cold and not welcoming but hands down to autumn thank you ma'am u are awsome read more
