While in the waiting room the TV was tuned to FAMILY FEUD--being as bad as Jerry Springer show I asked the receptionist to change the channel. She did so with politeness and right away unless she was waiting on someone. I've been seen around 20 times. I believe there was only one time that I had to wait over 10 minutes past my appointment time. Otherwise, I was placed into the treatment room. Once I've been placed in the treatment room the doctor came in 3 to 6 minutes after I was placed in the room. The procedure only took about 5 - 10 minutes and then I went on my way. I have seen Dr. Obeid several times and he always explains the process before the procedure starts and also spoke with me after the procedure. He was very thorough and took good care of me. All staff were very responsive. The nurse practitioners are excellent and explain various options before accepting what could be done to improve my health. I have never had any problems with appointments. My waiting time is very minimal. The place is clean and has a relaxing waiting area. I really enjoy talking to all staff. The techs are very respectful and very pleasing to talk to always explaining the procedure and the purpose. The front staff are very courteous and this seems to be the norm with my experience. Not all procedures are successful. I had the Radiofrequency Ablation. After six procedures, ultrasound, consultations, follow up visit, thousands of dollars out of pocket, scars, and nerve damage, I was told my veins did not close correctly, and they walked out of the room. read more

Precision Vascular company is so thoroughly INEPT that I wouldnt trust Precision Vascular to do anything. I vetted almost every vascular doctors' companies within 40 miles of Mesquite Tx, thats many vascular businesses, to have any good-reputation vascular doctor look at discoloration of my lower legs. I found after wasting many hours of trying to communicate with that office, this business is too INEPT. My hope was to get an appointment to have Dr Tammam Obeid whom online states he works at Precision Vascular in Mesquite. This is no comment about that doctor, I never saw him. Go to any other vascular business instead of dealing with this company's INEPTITUDE! Unfortunately this company is not listed at Better Business Bureau, otherwise I would also write this at BBB's website to save other citizens from wasting any time with this company. 1) That company's ineptitude step #1: To make an appointment I called their only phone# listed online, that phone answerer says that's their main office, & their Mesquite office has no office phone#. Their answerer at this company's "main office" said their company has no doctor Obeid! Then someone stated call a cellphone number they have (that's shady). That shady cellph# communicates via text message back & forth. That person via text mssgs scheduled me for a future appointment to visit Dr. Tammam Obeid at Precision Vascular in Mesquite. 2) Their ineptitude step# 2: Then this company sent me 2 emails, each stating "confirming my appointment" but each of those emails stated a different appointment time from each other & NEITHER of those were anywhere near the correct time their text mssgs had already scheduled me for. And all those emails from them are "Do Not Reply" email address, rejects any reply email requesting them to clarify. Therefore, then I had to search online for any email address of them, but no email address of them is online not even on their website, & noone would tell me any email address for me to ask them why they sent wrong emails to me. That's another indication this is a shady company. Therefore then I went on their website to ask them why they wrote emails of wrong appointment times. But: 3) Indication #3 of this business being SHADY!: The only way to write anything to them is on their website, just to ask them to clarify their several wrong confusing emails they sent, you have to fill out their website's "contact" form REQUIRES you to pick/select which one of many boxes of specific exact diagnosis (the CAUSE of the physical appearance of vascular problem). They will not let you submit any question about which of their appointment times is correct, without you first clicking which exact specific diagnosis of the exact CAUSE of your medical problem, i.e "Is the problem VEINS in your legs or is the problem instead ARTERIES in your veins, YOU MUST GUESS WHICH ONE & YOU CANNOT PICK BOTH", despite you don't know because that's why you want to visit a DOCTOR!! All that just to ask them why they emailed you multiple different conflicting wrong emails, just for you to ask them to clarify which of their stated appointment times is correct, their website requires you to misdiagnose YOURSELF! Your question of which of their emails is correct, will not accept unless you specifically misdiagnose yourself in writing upfront specifically the cause of your medical problem. Maybe the reason they require you to misdiagnose the cause of your medical problem is so if they never fix your problem then they can blame YOU for having guessed wrong upfront. That is SLIMY business! Then weeks after their above-listed ineptitudes, i still have not received any answer of which of their several different appointment times should I be there for, I want to cancel my appointment. Not to late to cancel because the appointment day is still a week away. To cancel via their only method i called both of their only 2 phone numbers which had ever heard of Dr Obeid. But then: 4) Their ineptitude step# 4: At each of those 2 phone#s for their Mesquite office which is the only person(s) who ever heard of Dr Obeid, there's no answering message, just mechanical "leave message"! That's unprofessional! I left voice mssgs at both those phone#s: "Does this reach anyone? I want to cancel." Then I received a text mssg stating they can have their "main office" call me. But that's the office which had said they have no doctor named Obeid! This company is thorough ineptitude. read more

The staff and care is great. The billing procedures are awful. They are currently holding $650 in overpayments from two claims that have been settled and paid? Why - because they are waiting for payment from an unrelated claim that they've failed to submit the proper documentation to the insurance to get the claim settled and paid. My procedure was completed August 2022 and here we sit in December and the claim is yet to be resolved. PV is pointing the finger at my insurance company and the insurance company is saying PV hasn't provided needed documentation - in four months! Calls to PV are pointless and a waste of time as they say they same thing - we're waiting on the insurance company to respond. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Go elsewhere! read more

The doctor may be great but his office procedures are awful. Offers an online scheduling option which will not be honored. Call to office to schedule appointment results in additional step of someone else having to return call to make appointment. Never have had this level of difficulty trying to get in to see doctor. Recommended by personal physician. Will inform her of this difficult process and recommend that she no longer recommend especially in lieu of fact that she stated time was of the essence. Wasted two days of time trying to get in to see doctor which could have been put to better use scheduling appointment with facility able to make appointment in one call. read more
