After my initial review, I was contacted by a manager to schedule a meeting at the store, regarding my experience. The manager was sincerely interested and respectful of my concerns. My feet were measured again and the initial inserts were no longer suitable. The manager explained the program is an ongoing process that requires a commitment to periodically check in at the store. Adjustments may be necessary to receive the maximum benefit. I was given a revised set of inserts to take home and try, following the program to a T. There was a noticeable positive difference this time, with my right foot. My left foot has had numerous toe and foot surgeries plus ankle fractures. Due to my unique history, questions would have provided the information necessary to ascertain whether I was a suitable candidate. What did impress me the most was the manager's eagerness to take the time to address and try to rectify my situation. Going forward, I appreciated the opportunity I was given to better experience a more positive outcome.

The first orthotics that came were not even matching our feet at all. I have to wonder whose foot mold even was used to make them. Definitely none of the contours were even vaguely close to our feet. Then they said they would redo them. We have been waiting for months now. I have called multiple times. They continually say they will get right on it and call us as they get them in very soon. Then more weeks go by. I cannot recommend finding a different business enough. Our foot pain continues.. Our waiting for them continues. I even asked if they lost the mold they made of our feet, so we should redo them. They said they have everything they need... But yet.. No orthotics come. We went in for the orthotics in May. It is mid-August and still we have nothing for our feet. I never write negative reviews and I generally say if you cannot say anything nice, say nothing at all. But I do feel that people should be warned of this practice.

I heard about this place from my in-home therapist following my total knee replacement surgery. The front office staff is friendly, accommodating, and remembers your name as soon as you walk in the door. The physical therapists: Allison, Rachel, & Stephanie are all very skilled, always running on time, and ask all the right questions. The specialists: Barrett & Addy are friendly and know their stuff. Every appointment starts with 30 minutes 1-on-1 with the PT where they ask relevant questions, take measurements, and give a hands-on massage of the trouble area. Then you move to a full hour with the specialist. They take you through all the exercises recommended by the therapist. The final 10 minutes is for ice. They use the MedBridge GO app that runs on your phone. They can download your individual exercises right to the app. The app then shows you a video of the exercise, in case you forgot, and reminds you how many times a day, sets, and reps for each one. You mark them complete as you finish them. If you only have an hour for PT, this might not be the place for you, but if time is not an issue, you will get the biggest bang for your buck here. You will not feel rushed, but you are busy the entire time. Highly recommend!

Well I finally decided to get my poor foot looked at after having pain in my heel for about two…read moremonths. This practice is popular as it took a little while for me to get into be seen. But no biggie I've been dealing with the pain. There's a podiatrist and a physicians assistant (who I saw yesterday). When I set up my appointment the receptionist did advise me that the office was paperless and asked me to get logged onto a portal and fill out the new patient questionnaire. When I arrived at the office I then scanned my drivers license at this tablet thing and electronically signed some additional forms. Then when they brought me back I explained my issue to the nurse and she did an ultrasound of both of my heels. Then the PA came in and we discussed my issues and the ultrasound and came up with a treatment game plan. They were super thorough and nice. I even left with a lovely splint to wear while sleeping however after wearing it last night my foot didn't hurt as much first thing this morning. Also of note they did take my insurance but I recommend calling ahead to be sure they accept your insurance.
