I started visiting the Jackson Clinic in Leesburg in October 2023 and recently completed my therapy. From my first visit, I was very impressed with the staff. I had suffered a knee injury and originally was visiting for pre-surgery strengthening. Following surgery in December, I returned to the same clinic early January and began multiple sessions every week. The staff was always professional and they all have upbeat personalities which makes the dozens of visits fly by. My favorite part of therapy was the dry-needle therapy performed by Stephanie. My knee always felt more engaged for the entire session, and my knee, quad, and hamstring areas were not as tired following the session. Having been a patient for so long, I met and worked with multiple therapist including Allison, Stephanie, and Danielle. Allison does great job at the massage therapy. Stephanie totally rocks the dry-needling and has a very upbeat attitude and loves to hear funny dad jokes. Danielle is a rock star at coming up with new exercises to target specific areas and has such an awesome outgoing personality. I also worked with the Exercise Specialists. Justen is the quiet but energetic one. He would always take the time to properly demonstrate the exercises each time to make sure I was doing it correctly and always with a smile. I spent a large majority of my time working with Addison. I thoroughly enjoyed all conversations with him, well except for his misinformed belief that Michael Jordan is not the GOAT of basketball. =) LOL.. In all seriousness, he was always asking how the exercises felt and if they were causing any pain and modified my workouts based on the responses. And saving the best for last is Leah at the front desk. She is an angel and does an incredible job with all the administrative work. I am very pleased with the treatment that my son has received from the Jackson Clinics in Leesburg, VA. My adult son lives with chronic pain and as a result has limited daily activities that he is able to do. His doctors asked him to start physical therapy and highly recommended the Jackson Clinics. My son was extremely reluctant to start physical therapy having had very bad experiences at other offices where the therapist just expected him to do the standard exercise that they all seem to want each patient to do. Afterward, he would walk out to my car and tell me that he was never going back there again. Thankfully he was willing to give the Jackson Clinics a try since his doctor recommended them so highly. The therapist he started working with was Megan Gretka. She took the time to reach out to us to see how he was doing after his first appointment. She was willing to patiently work at my sons pace and ability. He really appreciated feeling like he was being heard and that if he needed to stop they would stop and talk about trying to accomplish a little more next time. Over time he has gained more and more strength and is now at the point that he is working intermittently with Megan at Jackson Clinics and a regular personal trainer at another clinic that Megan recommended. I was referred to the Jackson Clinics Leesburg by my sister-in-law to help treat my lower back pain, which was getting worse and worse. Kristen Landers reviewed my physical condition and started a treatment plan, before I even had the prescription from my doctor. I was pleased to see improvement almost immediately, and after three months of improvement I finished my treatment this week. Jakob Porter worked with me to be sure I was doing the movements correctly, and intensified the program and modified any movements that caused pain right away. The atmosphere was professional but very friendly, which was great during Covid. Keren keeps things running smoothly with appointments and insurance, and even with a mask on you can tell she was smiling. I have a home program I can continue, and working with a trainer I can continue to build strength for my bones and core. Jackson Clinics Leesburg started me on a path to better health and these old bones have a better chance of working long-term because of their staff and support. I am writing to recommend the services provided by The Jackson Clinics, Leesburg branch. Physical therapy was recommended by my physician's assistance for hip and back issues. I choose The Jackson Clinic due to a number of reviews which I had read and they were as advertised. I was fortunate to be paired with Lyndsey M. McIntyre DPT, PT and found her to be a great asset to the practice. She was always cheerful and willing to understand the status and needs of each individual patient. Lyndsey appeared to be one of the most talented physical therapists I have ever had the pleasure to work with and she is efficient at evaluating and treating individuals. In addition, the clinic was organized, very clean and well-equipped. Patients are always greeted with a smile and hello by the office manager Brittany and made to feel welcome. I started going to Jackson Clinic in leesburg VA due to a dislocation of my patella. (knee cap). In 2018 I had knee surgery and started a 6 month PT rehab routine. I was seen by Dr. Gretka and had a wonderful experience. I just completed my physical therapy sessions, and I am back to running 3 miles and doing my full excersie routine. I have enjoyed working with Dr Gretka as well as Ms Winston who is the office manager. They bent over backwards to help accomodate my busy schedule and were able to squeeze me in on short notice from time to time. A key reason I have enjoyed working with Jackson's Clinic is that the team of professional's I have worked with have not only helped me to recovery from my surgery but also understood that I wanted to get back into sports related activities and helped to fine tune my work outs accordingly. read more

Consider the Jackson Clinics as a go to for physical therapy. They offer both virtual and onsite sessions. I was recommended the Leesburg facility as a follow up some issues relating to a surgery. I was very impressed with them for many reasons: - They have a wide range of scheduling times - Their patient management system includes reminders, tracking progress, evaluations, customized therapies, and individualized therapists. - The results from their recommendations were highly effective! - The Therapist are friendly and extremely experienced! I have been active all my life in both competitive and non-competitive sports. I began having pain in my hip that made cycling and other activities less enjoyable. The Team at "The Jackson Clinics" helped me understand the pain and eliminate its affect on my activities. Their efforts to find the root cause and then teach me how to prevent the pain was tremendous! They helped me reverse conditions from past injuries and neglect through treatment and stretching. High praises for everyone at the Leesburg location. Amazing team and care: Leah is their rockstar front desk/scheduler/insurance guru. Justen usually oversees my exercises. He is funny, nice, & knows what he's doing. He actually makes it fun to be there. I see a few PTs: Stephanie & Allison most often. Their techniques are slightly different, but they are both awesome and I highly recommend them. They actually listen to what you are saying and work with you to target pain areas. Everyone on the team at Jackson Clinic in Leesburg is welcoming, friendly, professional, competent, and caring. I've been treated for back, shoulder and neck issues. I've been treated by 5 different physical therapists and 2 exercise pros, and each one has contributed to my understanding of why I hurt and how to exercise to lessen the pain. They have provided me with exercises to continue at home, and I do try to be faithful to them. Going to PT was actually fun, in the sense that there is real community among everyone there. Having had two knee surgeries (same knee) within 9 months, I googled physical therapists and luckily landed at the Jackson Clinics in Leesburg. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to every single physical therapist is wonderful: professional, skilled, kind, fun, caring ... I couldn't have received better care anywhere else. I had never had any type of physical therapy before, so I was quite nervous to start this process. EVERYONE in the entire facility was so helpful and understood that I didn't know what to do. Some of the exercises were so much fun, and this was an unexpected bonus. I had broken a bone in my right ankle, so we had to work on strengthening and balance. My experience with Jackson Clinic in Leesburg has been exceptional. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Over the past 2 years, I have used them twice, once after knee replacement surgery and once after severe neck pain. TJC Leesburg location is a very convenient in town clinic. Megan is a top therapist with the utmost concern for patient care as well as organization for running the clinic. I was concerned she did not have a trainer or assistant to help her, but one has now been added, so each patient will get assistance as needed even during busy times. The Jackson Clinic in Leesburg was recommended by my personal physician for treatment of a nasty ankle sprain. I was very pleased with the skill, perceptiveness and personal attention of Lindsay McIntyre, and her thorough explanations of the what she was doing and why.
