Most of my exercises were shown by the tech, not the PT. Their billing process is a mess -- I was told I could use the self-pay rate ($120 in Illinois) if insurance didn't cover therapy, but after several calls, they never switched me to self-pay and kept billing my insurance anyway. Every call went through a call center, and each person told me something different. I've now made 7 calls and still don't have a corrected bill or resolution resulting in a $1000 billing difference. Please be sure to read the reviews from their headquarters. The worst part is that there's a guy named Luis who's racist and rude. After I tell him my name which is a foreign name on the prescription, he had an attitude against me. I was rudely told that it was not ok for me to wait to remove a part of it for a biopsy that day and was rudely asked if I wanted to sign paperwork stating my refusal when I would have absolutely no problem doing so. I simply wanted my skin checked and scanned for possible skin cancer concerns, ask about any procedures and basically connect with the doctor in order to feel confident they were the right fit for me.
