One day turn around for my table cloth. They gave me a discount for it not being perfect! Staff…read morewere very nice. Quick service with a text that notified you when items are ready. Store was clean and smelt nice. Great location. Will be back for sure.

I wear dress shirts daily, and all of them are dry cleaned. We used this business's pickup and…read moredelivery service for at least eight years. There were a few issues over time -- a stain here or there that appeared during cleaning -- but never enough to make us switch. That changed a few weeks ago. Our normal delivery arrived: roughly 15 dress shirts, a few pairs of slacks, several blazers. Every single item REEKED of cigarettes and cheap air freshener. Not realizing the extent of it, I hung most of the order in my closet. Mistake. The entire walk-in was contaminated. I cannot overstate how bad this smell was -- imagine a motel room on Breaking Bad. With the closet door closed, we could still smell it throughout the first floor of our home. We ended up relaundering every piece of clothing they had "cleaned," then laundering the rest of the closet's contents on top of that. I scrubbed every hard surface with diluted distilled vinegar. I bought an $800 air purifier and ran it in the closet for several days to finally pull the smell out. When my bride brought the problem to management, she was met with a shrug and an offer to relaunder the original clothing. No reimbursement. No offer to address the rest of the damage. Nothing. We didn't press it. We moved to Mark's for twice-weekly pickup and delivery and haven't looked back. Steer clear of this business. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

My 8 year old refrigerator was icing up and there was a "factory update" involving a new fan and many related parts. They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install. The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

We've used these guy's twice. Let me say if you need Sub Zero service, you call these guys. We used…read moreour Home warranty people to send out service for our Sub Zero. They sent a company out, we paid the $70 service call fee and they paid them 1200.00 (not) to fix the Fridge, they were there and gone in 45 min. We called Prestigious Appliance to come out,....long story short. He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.
